RRB ALP City Intimation Slip 2026 Out for 16 & 17 Feb, Check Your Exam City & Date

RRB activated the ALP exam city slip link for the exam scheduled for 13th, 16th, and 17th February 2026, and for the remaining exam will be released 9-10 days before the scheduled exam dates. The board is going to conduct the RRB ALP 01/2025 Exam on multiple days in 3 shifts each day, and only the candidates whose applications are accepted have been issued with RRB ALP City Intimation Slips. Candidates who are going to appear for the exam can now download the city intimation slip by using their login details, i.e., Registration Number and Password (Date of Birth).

Along with the release of Railway ALP 2026 Exam City slips, the reporting time, gate closing time, and exam start time has been notified. There shall be 3 shifts each day, for which the complete exam timing details are mentioned below.

The city intimation slip includes the following details. Candidates planning to appear for the exam must cross-check their exam city details carefully.

• Exam City/State- The name of the city and state where the candidate's exam centre is located. This helps candidates to plan their travel and accommodation as necessary.
• Exam Date- The scheduled date for the exam. Candidates are advised to note the date carefully to avoid any confusion.
• Shift Timing- Candidates are also informed of their respective shifts, during which they must appear for the exam.
• Reporting Time- The time at which candidates must report to the exam centre, as per the shift allotted.
• Gate Closure Time- The gate closing time is also mentioned on the exam city slip; the gates shall be closed
• Exam Start Time- Each shift start time is notified, and each shift is 60 minutes.

1. The candidates are requested to carry their Aadhaar Card to the Exam centre in addition to other ID proof. There is to be Aadhaar-enabled biometric verification of candidates at the exam centre.
2. This RRB ALP Exam City Intimation Slip is NOT your e-call letter, and it does not permit you to appear in the exam. It is only for your information on the examination city and date, and for making travel arrangements. There shall be no change of date/city/shift/centre of examination under any circumstances.
3. Candidates are required to download the e-call letter. Entry is permitted only with the appropriate admit card for the particular shift of the exam. The e-call letters is made available 4 days before your scheduled Exam Date, which covers all required information, such as Exam Centre details, Roll No. etc.
