TNPSC Group 2 Apply Online Form 2026
The Tamil Nadu Public Service Commission (TNPSC) has opened the online application window for TNPSC Group 2 registrations on 11th August at its official website. All those who are eligible for these posts can submit their applications by 9th September 2026.
What is TNPSC Group 2 Examination Fee?
- Preliminary examination fee: Rs. 100
- Main examination fee: Rs. 150 (Rs. 300 if shortlisted for both Group II and Group IIA main exams)
- One-Time Registration (OTR) fee: Rs. 150 (valid for 5 years)
- Fee exemption/concession applies to SC/SC(A)/ST, destitute widows, and persons with benchmark disability (full exemption); and BC/BCM/MBC/DC candidates (three free chances). Ex-servicemen get two free chances
What is TNPSC Group 2 & 2A Selection Process?
The selection process consists of a common preliminary examination followed by separate main examinations for Group II and Group IIA services. Group II posts additionally involve an interview/counselling stage, while Group IIA selection is based purely on main examination marks.
