SSC GD Physical Admit Card 2023 Out: Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF) has again released SSC GD Physical Admit Card 2023 on 24th April 2023. CRPF is held responsible for conducting  SSC GD Physical Efficiency Test (PET) and Physical Standard Test (PST) for the candidates who qualify SSC GD written exam. How to Download SSC GD Physical Admit Card 2023?

To download SSC GD Physical Admit Card 2023, a candidate is required to remember his/her registration number/roll number & date of birth. Following are the steps mentioned to download CRPF SSC GD Admit Card from the official website-

Step 1: Visit the official website of CRPF at www.rect.crpf.gov.in.

Step 2: On the homepage, click on the “Admit Card” icon appearing at the top of the page.

Step 3: Click on the notification reading “Download PET PST Call Letter For Constables (GD) in Central Armed Police Forces (CAPFs), NIA, SSF and Rifleman (GD) in Assam Rifles Examination, 2022-23”.

Step 4: Enter your Roll No./Registration ID provided to you at the time of registration for the SSC GD Constable exam.

Step 5: Now enter your Roll Number and Date Of Birth/ Password.

Step 6: Download SSC GD Physical Admit Card 2023 that appears on the screen and keep a copy for future reference.

Important Document to Carry with SSC GD Physical Admit Card 2023

Candidates must carry any one of the following Identity Proof in hard copy format along with the hard copy of the SSC GD Physical Admit Card for the exam.

SSC GD Physical Test 2023

SSC GD Physical Standard Test (PST)/ Physical Efficiency Test (PET)/ Detailed Medical Examination (DME)/ Review Medical Examination (RME) are scheduled and to be concluded by CRPFs from 24th April to 08th May 2023. The parameters for the physical test has been discussed below.

SSC GD Physical Efficiency Test (PET)

The candidate must be efficient to finish the race within the time limit as mentioned in the below table. The limit has been set diffently for candidates of Ladakh region.

SSC GD Physical Standard Test (PST)

The candidates are to be examined for physical standards including Height and Chest (only males). Only the candidates who meet the requirement will be called for a medical examination. The physical standards required are tabulated below as mentioned in the notification.

However, there is some relaxation provided for candidates belonging to hilly areas, scheduled tribes, north-eastern states, Left Wing Extremism affected districts, Gorkha Territorial Administration. Chest measurement for female candidates has not been included in the Physical Standard Test, however, the chest should be well developed.

Weight should be proportionate as per the height and medical standard for male and female
