SSC CPO Apply Online 2026

SSC CPO exam is organized by the Staff Selection Commission to select eligible candidates for posts of Sub-Inspector in Central Government Departments in Delhi Police, CAPFs, CISFs, etc. Candidates who have completed their graduation are eligible to apply for the SSC CPO exam. SSC CPO Application Fee 2026

The candidates can proceed to submit the application fee for SSC CPO 2026 only via online mode. A candidate must pay Rs. 100/- as the Online Application Fee. The fees once paid will not be refunded.  

Steps to Apply for SSC CPO Exam 2026

Below are the steps that one needs to take for successful online registration for the exam:

Step 1: Click on the official link which is provided on this page.

Step 2: Click on link of Apply Link given on the official page. The registration link will open up in the new window.

Step 3: Click on New Registration in SSC CPO 2026 application window and then click on the register button.

Step 4: To begin with the registration, candidates need to provide basic details like name, parents’ name, date of birth, email id, mobile number etc.

Step 5: Click on submit button to submit your online registration form. It is advised that candidates verify their details before submitting the form. All the candidates will be issued a Registration ID.  Candidates are required to login with the provided Registration ID, date of birth and password to complete registration.

Step 6: In the next step, candidates would have to upload photographs and signatures following the requisites mentioned by SSC.

Step 7: Login with a registered ID and password to complete the Part II of the application form. 

Step 8: After filling up the application form, candidates must preview the entire application form, once to look for any glitches in the form.

Step 9: Click on the Final Submit button after previewing the complete online SSC CPO application form.

Step 10: Pay the required application fee to submit your form successfully. The payment of the application fee can be made only through online payment modes such as Net-Banking, Credit/Debit cards and BHIM, UPI etc. 

Step 11: It is advised that Candidates download and get print copies of the submitted application form for SSC CPO 2026. 

Specifications in SSC CPO Online Application 2026

Before applying for the SSC CPO exam 2026, a candidate must have hold of the following pre-requisites to avoid any last-minute problems and hassle in the online application process:

Photograph - The photograph must be clicked in front of a white or light-coloured background and must be more than 4 kb in size and less than 12 kb. The photograph resolution must be 100*120 pixels in width and height.

Signature - The signature must be in black or blue ink on a white sheet. The scanned copy of the signature must be in JPG format, and it should be more than 1 kb in size and less than 12 kb. The resolution should be 40*60 pixels in width and height.
