RRB Technician Score Card 2026, Grade 1 & 3 Score and Marks

The Railway Recruitment Board (RRB) has conducted the RRB Technician CBT Exam 2026 from 6 to 9 October 2026 under CEN 02/2026 for 6,557 Technician Grade 1 Signal and Grade 3 vacancies. The scorecard for the CBT exam will be released as expected in November 2026. The scorecard will be released for all those candidates who appeared in the exam, whether they qualified or not. Candidates will need their login details, i.e., their registration number and date of birth, to download their scorecards. 

RRB Technician Score Card 2026 

Candidates who have appeared for the Computer Based test can download their scorecard from the Railway Recruitment Board official website www.rrb.indianrailways.gov.in and all other regional websites once it is released by the officials. The scorecard will contain important details such as the candidate’s name, roll number, registration number, raw marks, normalized marks, section-wise marks, category-wise cut-off, qualifying status, and other details.

The scores and marks for the CBT Exam will only be released online; no post or mail will be sent to the candidates. Candidates must note that the link to download the scorecard will only be activated for a certain time period. Through the recruitment drive, candidates will be recruited for a total of 6557 Technician (Grade 1 Signal and Grade 3) vacancies.

Candidates can follow the steps discussed below to download their scores and marks for the CBT exam. 

1. Visit the official website of the Railway Recruitment Board (RRB) region from which you applied.
2. Look for the link related to the "Technician (Grade 1 Signal and Grade 3)" under "Latest Announcements". Click on the link.
3. A new login page appears on the screen.
4. Enter valid login details, i.e., Registration No. and Date of Birth.
5. Fill in the captcha code and click on the submit button.
6. The RRB Technician Score Card 2026 appears on the screen.
7. Check and download the RRB Technician Scorecard for the CBT 1 exam for future records.

How RRB Technician Marks Are Calculated?

The marks for the RRB Technician CBT Exam conducted by the Railway Recruitment Board are calculated based on a straightforward formula that includes correct answers, negative marking, and total questions attempted.

RRB Technician Marks Calculation Formula: Total Marks = (Number of Correct Answers × Marks per Question) − (Number of Wrong Answers × Negative Marks)

Example Calculation

Suppose you attempted 100 questions:

Correct Answers = 70
Wrong Answers = 20
Unattempted = 10

Now calculate:

Marks from correct answers = 70 × 1 = 70
Negative marks = 20 × 1/3 = 6.67

Final Score = 70 − 6.67 = 63.33 marks
