RRB Technician Score Card 2026, CBT 1 Scorecard & Marks

The Railway Recruitment Board (RRB) has successfully conducted the first stage of the selection process, i.e., CBT 1 Exam, to recruit eligible candidates for 6238 Technician (Grade 1 Signal and Grade 3) vacancies. The scorecards for all the candidates who have appeared for the CBT 1 Exam will be released in April 2026 at the RRB official website www.rrbcdg.gov.in and at all other regional websites. Candidates will be required to provide their login details, i.e., their registration number and date of birth, to download the scorecards. 

RRB Technician Score Card 2026

The RRB Technician Exam Date 2026 is scheduled to be conducted on 6th, 9th, 10th, and 13th March 2026. The candidates who have appeared for the CBT 1 Exam can download their RRB Technician Score Card 2026 from the Railway Recruitment Board's official website www.rrbcdg.gov.in and at all other regional websites once released. The scorecard will contain important details such as the candidate’s name, roll number, registration number, raw marks, normalized marks, section-wise marks, category-wise cut-off, qualifying status, and other details.

3. A new login page appears on the screen.
4. Enter valid login details, i.e., Registration No. and Date of Birth.
5. Fill in the captcha code and click on the submit button.
6. The RRB Technician Score Card 2026 appears on the screen.

How RRB Technician Marks are Calculated?

The marks for the RRB Technician CBT 1 Exam conducted by Railway Recruitment Board are calculated based on a straightforward formula that includes correct answers, negative marking, and total questions attempted.

RRB Technician Marks Calculation Formula: Total Marks = (Number of Correct Answers × Marks per Question) − (Number of Wrong Answers × Negative Marks)

Example Calculation

Suppose you attempted 100 questions:

Correct Answers = 70
Wrong Answers = 20
Unattempted = 10

Now calculate:

Marks from correct answers = 70 × 1 = 70
Negative marks = 20 × 1/3 = 6.67

Final Score = 70 − 6.67 = 63.33 marks
