The Railway Recruitment Board (RRB) has released a total of 22000 vacancies for Group D posts. The RRB Group D Apply Online 2026 link will be made available on the official website www.rrbapply.gov.in from 21st January 2026 onwards. Candidates should check their eligibility, age limit, and medical standards before submitting their applications online. They are also required to pay the required application fee and attach the necessary documents accurately.

The board has announced the schedule for filling the RRB Group D Online Form 2026 along with the short RRB Group D 2026 Notification pdf. Candidates who are interested in the released vacancies can now submit their duly filled application forms with attached documents from 21st January 2026 onwards, and the last date to apply online is 20th February 2026. The link for submitting the online form for the RRB Group D Exam 2026 will be activated on 21st January 2026 at the official website www.rrbapply.gov.in. Candidates after completing their 10th education can apply for the RRB Group D Exam before 20th February 2026 (11:59 pm), the last date to apply online. Steps for RRB Group D Apply Online 2026?

Before applying for the RRB Group D posts, the candidates are advised to check whether they fulfil the required eligibility norms, including age, educational qualification and medical standard. The Railway Recruitment Board (RRB) has announced the recruitment process for Group D positions for the year 2026, for which the candidates need to follow the complete online application process and the detailed steps are outlined below:

Step 1- Registration 

1. Navigate to the official website of the Railway Recruitment Board and select the RRB region corresponding to your state or area.
2. Search and click on the link titled "CEN-09/2025 Group D (Level-1) Recruitment.
3. Now begin with the registration process by providing essential details such as your name, date of birth, email address, and mobile number.
4. Upon successful registration, you will receive a unique registration ID and password via email or SMS.

Step 2- Application Form Filling

1. Using your registration ID and password log in to the railway application portal.
2. Fill in the required personal, educational, and contact information correctly.
3. Ensure all details are correct to avoid discrepancies during the selection process.

Step 3- Upload Documents

1. Prepare scanned copies of photographs, and signature, educational certificate and category certificate as per the specified format and size and Upload each document in the designated sections of the application form.

Step 4- Submit Application Fee

Candidates applying for Railway Group D (Level 1) have to pay the prescribed application fee to be eligible to appear in the exam. The fee is to be paid through internet banking, debit card, credit card, or UPI.  

Note- Fo all other candidates, out of fee of Rs. 500, an amount of Rs 400 shall be refunded on appearing in the CBT. 
For candidates belonging to SC, ST, Ex-Servicemen, Female, Transgender, Minorities or Economically Backward Class (EBC), the complete fee of Rs. 250 will be refunded. 

After successful payment, note the transaction reference number for future reference.

Step 5- Review and Submit RRB Group D Online Form

1. Thoroughly review all entered information and uploaded documents to ensure accuracy.
2. Once confirmed, submit the RRB Group D Online Form before the last date, i.e. 20th February 2026 (11:59 pm).
3. After submission, a confirmation page will be generated. Download and print the confirmation page for your records.

Candidates must hold the minimum education qualification and fall in the required age limit to fill out RRB Group D Online Form 2026.
