How to apply online for the RBI Assistant 2026 Exam?

The candidates can follow the steps below to submit their online application form for RBI Assistant 2026:

Step 1: Visit the official website of RBI https://opportunities.rbi.org.in/scripts/vacancies.aspx.

Step 2: Under the Vacancies Section, click on “Recruitment for the Post of Assistant 2026”.

Step 3: Click on the NEW REGISTRATION button on the topmost right corner of the home page.

Step 4: Start your application process by providing the basic details such as name, contact number, email id, address etc. and click on the save and next button.

Step 5: Upload your photograph, signature, and RBI Assistant Hand Written Declaration in the required format. The permissible size of the photograph must be 4.5 cm * 3.5 cm, and the photograph must be of passport size. Both the photograph and the signature must be clear and legible. The permissible file size of the photograph must be a minimum of 20 KB and a maximum of 50 KB, and that of the signature must be a minimum of 10 KB and a maximum of 20 KB.

Step 6: Next, fill in your educational qualification details and professional qualification. Click on the save and next button after filling in the details.

Step 7: Preview your application form one last time, as you won’t be allowed to make any changes further. Click on the save and next button after previewing your application form.

Step 8: Pay your Application Fee through Online Payment Option, i.e. through Credit Card/Debit Card/Net Banking.

Step 9: Click on the Final Submit Button. Your application form are submitted successfully. You will be sent an email as well as a text message with your registration ID and password by RBI for further login into the official website.
