AAI Junior Executive Exam Structure 2026
1. The AAI Junior Executive Exam will be conducted for a total of 150 marks, and candidates have to complete the exam in 2 hours.
2. There is no negative marking on the exam.
3. The computer-based test will be bilingual, i.e., Hindi and English, except for the language test.
4. Subject includes a marking scheme –
- General Intelligence & Reasoning – 40 questions for 40 marks
- General Awareness – 35 questions for 35 marks

AAI Junior Executive & Manager Salary
Candidates appointed as junior executives are entitled to several allowances and benefits, including Dearness Allowance (DA), Perks at 35% of the Basic Pay, House Rent Allowance (HRA), and other admissible allowances. The approximate CTC for the post of Junior Executive would be Rs.14 lakhs per annum and for the post of Manager would be Rs. 21 lakhs per annum.
