AAI Junior Executive Education Qualification

The candidates must have completed their graduation from a Recognized/Deemed university.

Note: 

1. Degree/Diploma/Certificate/Membership Examination should be:- `

(i) From a Recognized/Deemed university or from an apex institution i.e. (IITs/IIMs/XLRI/TISS etc.) recognized by Govt. of India; and

(ii) Percentage of marks: - Pass marks or equivalent for Bachelor’s Degree and also for P.G. Degree/Diploma including MBA/CA/ICWA

2. Candidates having B.E./B. Tech/ B. Sc. (Engg.) Degrees are allowed to apply against the post for which essential qualification is prescribed as a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering.

3. Departmental candidates possessing recognized degrees as per the required minimum qualification, obtained through part-time/ correspondence/ distance education mode shall be eligible to apply.

The maximum age limit for AAI ATC Junior Executive posts is 27 years as of 30 November 2023.

AAI Recruitment 2023 Selection Process

The candidates who submit their AAI Junior Executive Application forms will have to qualify in each stage as mentioned below to get shortlisted for the vacancies. The selection will be done through an Online examination followed by Application Verification/ Voice Test/ Psychoactive Substances Test/ Psychological Assessment Test/ Medical Test/ Background Verification as applicable for post.

The complete AAI Recruitment 2023 Junior Executive Exam Pattern has been discussed in the below table. There is no negative marking in the AAI Junior Executive ATC Exam. 

1. AAI Junior Executive Exam consists of 150 Multiple Choice Questions.
2. The online exam consists of Part A and Part B, wherein Part A consists of 4 sections namely English Language, General Intelligence/ Reasoning, General Aptitude/ Numerical Aptitude and General Knowledge. Part B includes questions from Maths and Physics Subject.
3. The duration of Exam for each part is 120 minutes.
4. Each question will carry 1 mark.

Note- There will be no provision for negative marking.

AAI Recruitment 2023 Syllabus

To score good marks in the examination, the applicants have to prepare as per the proposed AAI ATC Syllabus. The online exam is divided into 4 subjects namely English Language, General Intelligence/ Reasoning, General Aptitude/ Numerical Aptitude and General Knowledge.. AAI Junior Executive Salary

The pay scale for the AAI Junior Executive post is tabulated below. In addition to Basic pay, the candidates shortlisted for AAI Junior Executive posts will be offered Dearness Allowance, Perks @ 35% of Basic pay, HRA and other benefits which include CPF, Gratuity, Social Security Schemes, Medical benefits etc. as applicable to AAI rules. The CTC per annum would be Rs. 13 lakhs (approximately) for the post of Junior Executive.
