IBPS RRB Apply Online 2025 Ends Today, Application Form at ibps.in

IBPS has announced 13316 vacancies for Office Assistant (Clerk), Officers Scale-I (PO), Officer Scale 2, and 3 posts for which the online applications are invited at www.ibps.in. The official notification for the IBPS RRB 2025 Exam with registration dates and eligibility has been released by the Institute of Banking Personnel Selection Board (IBPS). Candidates who are interested in joining the Regional Rural Banks (क्षेत्रीय ग्रामीण बैंक) for the post of Multipurpose Office Assistant and different scale Officers must submit their application till 28th September 2025. 

IBPS RRB Apply Online 2025

The candidates willing to appear for IBPS RRB Exam 2025 have to first register themself for the exam, for which the IBPS RRB PO & Clerk Apply Online 2025 dates are notified today through a short notification. As per the recent IBPS RRB Apply Online Extended Notice, the online application window will now remain open till 28th September 2025. Any applications received after the last date will not be accepted. There are three major IBPS RRB exams conducted by the Institute of Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS):

1. Officer Scale 1 (IBPS RRB PO)
2. Officer Scale 2 and 3
3. Officer Assistants (IBPS RRB Clerk)

IBPS RRB Application Fee 2025

Candidates can pay the Application fee through either Credit Card /Debit Card/Net Banking. Fees once paid will not be refunded in any case. With the application fee, the IBPS RRB Online Form will not be accepted.

How to Apply Online for the IBPS RRB 2025 Exam?

Steps to follow for applying online for IBPS RRB 2025 (CRP RRBs XIV) exam:

Step 1: Visit the official website of IBPS at www.ibps.in through your web browser. 

Step 2: Then you have to click on CRP RRBs appearing on the left side of the homepage. A new page opens, where you have to click on CRP Regional Rural Banks XIII. 

Step 3: Now click on the link for the post you are willing to apply. Read the instructions provided before applying for any of the three exams.

Step 4: Click on the CLICK HERE FOR NEW REGISTRATION link provided at the top of the right side of the page.

Step 5: Fill in your basic information and click on Save and Next option.

Step 6: You are now required to upload your photograph, signature and IBPS RRB hand-written declaration

Step 7: Click on the next button after uploading your photograph and signature.

Step 8: You are now required to fill in your basic details. Three sections need to be completed in this portion of the application process.

After you have filled in your basic details, you are required to fill in your Educational Qualifications. Once you are done with this, you are required to fill in the preference list.

In the preference list mention the name of RRBs in sequence. You need to select the Bank in order of preference. There is no limit to choices made by a candidate.

Step 9: After the choices have been made, click on save and next.

Step 10: A preview of your application appears before you. In case you find any errors, you can edit the information. Once the data is uploaded and saved, you are not allowed to make any changes in the form, whatsoever. Therefore, kindly review all the details while filling in the application form.

Step 11: Finally, select the payment method to fill in the application fee. All payment is done online. 

Step 11: Click on Submit button. Your application will be successfully submitted.

Pre-Requisites for IBPS RRB Online Application 2025

As mentioned in the official notification, candidates need the following documents for IBPS RRB Apply Online 2025:

• Scan copy of the photograph in permissible size.

• Scan copy of signature and the signature should NOT be in capital letters.

• Left thumb impression (If a candidate is not having a left thumb, he/she may use his/ her right thumb. If both thumbs are missing, the impression of one of the fingers of the left hand starting from the forefinger should be taken. If there are no fingers on the left hand, the impression of one of the fingers of the right hand starting from the forefinger should be taken. If no fingers are available, the impression of the left toe may be taken. In all such cases where the left thumb impression is not uploaded, the candidate should specify in the uploaded document the name of the finger and the specification of left/right hand or toe).

Documents to be uploaded at the time of IBPS RRB Registration

The candidates need to submit their passport size photograph, signature, left thumb impression, and hand-written declaration at the time of submitting the IBPS RRB Application Form. The dimensions and size of the file have been discussed below, any file if not uploaded in the prescribed size, the application form will not be accepted.
