IBPS AFO Selection Process 2026

Candidates who are seeking to become Agriculture Field Officers in the Institute of Banking Personnel Selection have to go through a certain selection procedure. The IBPS AFO selection process mainly consists of three stages, i.e.,

IBPS AFO Interview 2026

Each candidate will be required to obtain a minimum score in the IBPS AFO Mains examination and also secure sufficiently high scores to be considered for shortlisting for an interview. IBPS AFO Interviews will be conducted by the Participating Banks and coordinated by the Nodal Bank in each state/ UT/ Region. The total marks allotted for the interview are 100. The weightage (ratio) of the Online Main Examination and interview will be 80:20, respectively
