UP TGT Result 2026 Out at upessc.up.gov.in, Download Merit List PDF

Good news for all lakhs of candidates who participated in the UP TGT written examination (Advt. No. 02/2022): Uttar Pradesh Education Service Selection Commission (UPESSC) has officially announced the UP TGT Result 2026 today, 30th June 2026. The result has been released in PDF format, listing the roll numbers of candidates qualified in the written exam and shortlited for the next stage, i.e., the document verification process. 

UP TGT Result 2026 Out

UPESSC UP TGT written exam for a total of 8,68,531 candidates who have applied for 3539 vacancies was conducted on 3rd and 4th June 2026 in offline mode. The result for the same has been released separately for a total of 15 subjects, namely Hindi, Sanskrit, Home Science, Maths, and English. Candidates who have appeared for the exam can search for their roll number in the result PDF to know their qualifying status by using the shortcut key Ctrl+F. 

As per the result PDF, a total of 7359 candidates (Male - 6659 and Female - 700) are declared qualified in the written exam and shortlited for the Document Verification process, the dates for which will be released shortly at www.upessc.up.gov.in.

How to Check Uttar Pradesh TGT Result 2026?

1. Visit the official website of the Uttar Pradesh Education Service Selection Commission at www.upessc.up.gov.in.
2. Look for the section or notification tab labelled "UP TGT 01/2022 Result". Click on the direct link provided to open the results page.
3. After clicking the link, a PDF file containing the list of qualified candidates opens.
4. You can quickly find your roll number in the PDF using the Ctrl+F shortcut.
5. Download the PDF file and keep it safe for reference. Take a printout of the result, which can be used for official purposes during further stages of the recruitment process.

What's Next After UP TGT Result is Released?

After the release of the result, the candidates whose roll numbers is appear in the result PDF are eligible to appear for the next stage of the selection process, i.e., document verification.
