As the exam will be conducted from 3rd to 31st January 2026, so candidates must start preparing for the eligibility test from todaay onwards. TG TET Syllabus and Exam Pattern 2026

The department has released a TG TET Notification 2026 for the Telangana Teacher Eligibility Test (TET), a state-level exam for recruiting eligible teachers. It is conducted to recruit eligible teachers for primary classes (1st to 5th grade) and upper primary classes (6th to 8th grade). Both papers have various subjects Child Development and Pedagogy, Language papers, Mathematics, Science or Social Studies and Environmental Studies. TG TET Paper 1 for class 1 to 5 has 5 sections, and each section has 30 questions, with 1 mark for each question.

Paper 1 consists of topics from class 1 to 5 whereas paper 2 consists of topics from class 6 to 8. Any candidate can definitely appear for both the papers if one wishes.

Ans. Although the TG TET syllabus 2025 is vast, but with proper time management, devotion and consistency one can complete it in 4 months.
