SEBI recruitment notification has been published for SEBI Grade A (Assistant Manager) in various streams inviting eligible graduates & post-graduates to be a part of their team. SEBI Grade A 2024 Online Application
The dates of online registration for SEBI Recruitment 2024 for 97 Grade A posts have been postponed till further notice. The candidates interested and eligible for SEBI Grade A (Assistant Manager) posts have to submit their application form through online mode only. Application Fees
The candidates have to pay the requisite application fee while submitting their application form for SEBI Recruitment 2024. The payment can be made through online mode only & any application without fee will not be accepted.

To acquire the post of Assistant Manager in SEBI, a candidate must hold the required eligibility criteria which have been discussed below. SEBI Grade A Education Qualification
The educational qualifications for various streams have been discussed below-
General Stream- Master’s Degree/ Post Graduate Diploma* (minimum two years’ duration) in any discipline/ Bachelor’s Degree in Law/ Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering from a recognized University/ Institute or Chartered Accountant/ Chartered Financial Analyst/ Company Secretary/ Cost Accountant.
Legal Stream- Bachelor’s Degree in Law from a recognized University/ Institute. Two years post-qualification experience as an Advocate (including as an associate in an Advocate’s or Solicitor’s Office or Law firm) after being enrolled under the Advocates Act, 1961 (25 of 1961).
Information Technology- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering in any branch or Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline with a post-graduate qualification (minimum two years duration) in computer science/ computer application/ information technology from a recognized University / Institute.
Engineering Electrical- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering from a recognized University/ Institute.
(i) Working knowledge of electronic systems like CCTV surveillance systems, Addressable Security Alarm and Fire Alarm systems, EPABX, UPS systems, etc.
(ii) Experience in maintenance of lifts, pumps, air-conditioning plants, etc.
(iii) Experience in administering construction projects in all its aspects and knowledge of PERT/CPM techniques.
Research- Master’s Degree/ Post Graduate Diploma* (minimum two years duration) in Economics/ Commerce/ Business Administration/ Econometrics/ Quantitative Economics/ Financial Economics / Mathematical Economics/ Business Economics/ Agricultural Economics/ Industrial Economics/ Business Analytics;
OR
Master’s Degree/ Post Graduate Diploma* (minimum two years’ duration) in Finance/ Quantitative Finance/ Mathematical Finance/ Quantitative Techniques/ International Finance/ Business Finance/ International and Trade Finance/ Project and Infrastructure Finance/ Agri. Business Finance;
OR
Master's Degree/ Post Graduate Diploma* (minimum two years duration) in Statistics/ Mathematical Statistics/ Statistics & Informatics/ Applied Statistics & Informatics/ Data Science/ Artificial Intelligence/ Machine Learning/ Big Data Analytics;
OR
Master's Degree in Mathematics and a one-year post-graduate diploma in Statistics or related subjects from a recognized University / Institute.
Official Language- Master’s Degree in Hindi/ Hindi Translation with English as a subject at the Bachelor’s Degree level;
OR
Master’s Degree in Sanskrit/ English/ Economics/ Commerce with Hindi as a subject at the Bachelor’s Degree level;
OR
Master's Degree in both English and Hindi/ Hindi Translation from a recognized University / Institute.
SEBI Grade A Age Limit (as on 31/03/2024)
The candidate must fulfill the age criteria as per the releasing date of the official notification. Age criteria are as follows:
The maximum age limit is 30 years. The candidate must not be born on or after 01st April 1994. Age relaxation is provided for the reserved categories as per the government norms. See the table below:-

SEBI Grade A Recruitment 2024 Selection Process
The selection process for SEBI Recruitment 2024 will be conducted in three phases which are as follows-
- Phase I will be an online screening examination consisting of two papers
- Phase II will be an online examination consisting of two papers
- Phase III will be Personal Interview/Group Discussion
The final selection of the candidates will be made on the marks secured by the candidate in the Phase II Online Examination and the interview.

SEBI Grade A Phase-1 Exam Pattern
1. An online examination consisting of two papers of 100 marks each.
2. Paper-1 will be of 60 minutes (1 hour) duration and common for all streams.
3. Paper-2 will consist of Multiple-Choice Questions, the duration of each section is 40 minutes.
4. The Aggregate Cut-off to be scored is 40%.

SEBI Grade A 2024 Salary
The revised basic salary of SEBI Grade A Assistant Manager is Rs. 44,500 with a pay scale of Rs. 44500-2500 (4)- 54500-2850 (7)- 74450-EB-2850(4)- 85850-3300 (1)- 89150 (17 years). For the first 5 years of service, there is an annual increment of Rs.2500. The net salary can be either with accommodations or without accommodation and there is a major difference depending on this factor. Presently, the gross emolument including SEBI’s Contribution towards National Pension Scheme (NPS), Grade Allowance, Special Allowance, Dearness Allowance, Family Allowance, Local Allowance etc is offered to the employees at SEBI. The net SEBI Grade A salary is approx. Rs. 1,15,000 (without accommodation) and with accommodation, the net salary is approx. Rs. 80,500.

SEBI Grade A 2024 Admit Card
SEBI Grade A Phase-1 Admit Card will be issued to all the candidates who have applied for SEBI Grade A Recruitment 2024. The availability of Call Letters on the SEBI website (for Online Examinations) will be informed through SMS or mail. The candidates qualifying Phase-1 Exam will be issued with a fresh SEBI Grade A Admit Card to appear for the Phase-II exam.
