Finally, State Bank of India (SBI) has released the SBI Clerk Prelims Admit Card on 21 September 2026, giving relief to lakhs of candidates who were anxiously waiting for the release of admit cards. The SBI Clerk 2026 prelims exam will be conducted on 26 and 27 September 2026 for the recruitment of 9,766 Clerk (Junior Associate) posts through Advt. No. CRPD/CR/2026-27/17. This year, 13.01 lakh candidates applied for the SBI Clerk 2026 exam. All those candidates can now download their admit cards.

How to download the SBI Clerk Admit Card 2026?

Follow the steps discussed below to download the SBI Clerk Admit Card. 

1. Go to the Career page of SBI, i.e, https://sbi.bank.in/web/careers/current-openings.
2. Go to the "RECRUITMENT OF JUNIOR ASSOCIATES (CUSTOMER SUPPORT & SALES) Advt No. CRPD/CR/2026-27/17" tab and click “PRELIMS EXAMINATION CALL LETTER”.
3. In the new window, select the admit card language and enter your registration number/roll number and D.O.B./password. Also, fill the Captcha Box.
4. Click on the "Login" button.
5. The SBI Clerk Admit Card is displayed on the screen.
6. Download the admit card PDF.
7. Take a printout of it and present it at the venue of examination as proof of his/her eligibility for the examination.

Note: Candidates are advised to download their call letters well before the exam date to avoid last-minute technical glitches or any other circumstances.

Documents Needed to Carry to Exam Center

1. Two printed copies of the admit card.
2. A valid original ID proof (Aadhaar Card, PAN Card, Voter ID, Passport, or Driving License) with a photocopy
3. Two passport-size photographs (matching the one uploaded during registration).
4. A self-attested photocopy of the photo ID.
5. Blue/black pen for rough work and signing purposes

SBI Clerk Prelims Exam Pattern

The SBI Clerk Prelims Exam is the first stage of the Junior Associate recruitment process. The examination is conducted online and consists of 100 objective questions for 100 marks, to be completed in 60 minutes. The latest 2026 pattern has three sections—English Language, Numerical Ability, and Reasoning Ability—with 20 minutes allotted separately to each section.
