Ganjam District Court Eligibility Criteria 2026
Educational Qualification
- Junior Clerk, Stenographer Grade III, and Junior Typist:
(i) Must have passed at least +3 examination or such other qualification as is equivalent to +3 examination of a recognized University.
(ii) Must have passed at least DipLoma in Computer Application from a recognized Institute
(iii) Must be able to speak, read, and write Odia and have passed a test in Odia equivalent to the M.E. standard.
(iv) Must have possessed a minimum speed of 80 (Eighty) words in shorthand and 40 (Forty) words in typewriting per minute through the Computer System. (For the post of Stenographer Gr.III only).
(v) Must have possessed a minimum speed of 40 (Forty) words per minute in English Typewriting through the Computer System (For the post of Junior Typist). - Salaried Amin:
(i) The candidates must have passed the matriculation examination or equivalent examination from a recognized Board.
(ii) The candidates must have passed the Revenue Inspector Training.
(iii) Must be able to speak. read and write Odia and have passed a test in Odia equivalent to the M.E. standard.
Age Limit (As on 18/07/2026)
Candidates must be over 18 years and below 42 years of age as on 18th July 2026 to be eligible to apply for the recruitment.
Age Relaxation (In the Upper Age Limit)
- SC/ST/SEBC/Women: 5 Years
- PWD/Ex-serviceman: Will be relaxed in accordance with the provisions made under relevant Acts, Rules, Orders or Instructions, for the time being in force, issued on that behalf of the Government
