BSF Nursing Assistant Eligibility Criteria 2026

Only those candidates who fulfill the BSF Nursing Assistant eligibility criteria in terms of educational qualification and age limit are eligible to apply online for BSF Nursing Assistant Recruitment 2026.

Educational Qualification

  • Candidates must have passed Class 10th from a recognised Board (AND) possess either:
  • A First Aid Certificate from St. John’s Ambulance Organisation or Red Cross Society of India, or
    a six-month Nursing Assistant or Medic Course in Central Armed Police Forces and Assam Rifles Hospitals (AND)
  • Candidates must have at least one year of experience as a Nursing Assistant in a minimum 50-bedded hospital or institution recognised by the Central Government or any State Government

Ans. No, B.Sc Nursing qualification is prescribed in the 2026 recruitment rules for Constable (Nursing Assistant or Medic). The prescribed qualification starts from 10th class, followed by the mentioned First Aid certificate or a six-month Nursing Assistant/Medic course and experience.
