Bihar DElEd Counselling 2026 Starts
Candidates can now submit their Common Application Form for the Bihar DElEd Counselling 2026 from 10th to 16th August 2026 at the Bihar School Examination Board official website www.bsebdeled.com. The Bihar DElEd 2026 first selection list will be released on 20th August 2026, and the students shortlisted in the Bihar DElEd 1st selection list 2026 are required to complete the admission process before 24th August 2026 to finalise their seats.

A total of 30,000+ seats are available across participating D.El.Ed colleges for the 2026-28 session. A college-wise seat matrix is provided in the official college list PDF released by BSEB.
Bihar DElEd Eligibility Criteria 2026
- Candidates must have secured at least 50% marks in Higher Secondary (+2) or an equivalent examination.
- A relaxation of 5% in qualifying marks is available for all reserved category and divyang (disabled) candidates.
- Urdu candidates who have passed the Maulvi examination with 50% marks are also eligible.
- Candidates who qualified 10+2 under a vocational course, or Intermediate/10+2 after Madhyama, or Intermediate/10+2 after Foukaniya, are eligible.
- Candidates holding only a Shastri, Polytechnic, ITI, or any other equivalent qualification are not eligible for D.El.Ed admission.

Bihar DELED Counselling 2026- Important Guidelines
All candidates attending this round must review the important Bihar DELED Counselling 2026 guidelines below.
- All qualified applicants who are interested in taking admission in the 2-year DELED Course have to register for the counselling process. During registration, candidates must provide the necessary details and fill in their choice of college.
- The merit list for the 1st Round will be displayed on 20th August 2026. Once a candidate is allotted to any college, they will not be considered for subsequent counselling sessions.
- Candidates must note that Reservation rosters are implemented only in the Government and Constituent Colleges.
- Candidates have to pay an Application Fee for Counselling. The fee once paid shall not be refunded under any circumstances.
