Counselling for the B.Ed 2026-28 session is conducted entirely online and is expected to run across five rounds, covering seat allotment across government, aided and self-financed colleges affiliated to 19+ state universities. Tie-Breaking Rules
Where two or more candidates secure an identical aggregate score, the merit position is resolved as follows:
Step 1: Preference goes to the candidate who graduated from the same university conducting the exam that year.
Step 2: If the tie persists, the older candidate (by date of birth) is placed higher in the merit list.
