MP Police Subedar Steno and ASI Eligibility 2026

Educational Qualification for Subedar Stenographer

  • Candidates must have passed the Higher Secondary Examination (old system) (OR) Higher Secondary School Certificate Examination (10+2)
  • Candidates must have passed a 100 words per minute examination in Hindi shorthand (short-hand) from a Madhya Pradesh-recognized council/board/polytechnic/ITI or equivalent recognized institute.
  • It is mandatory to pass the Computer System Certification Test (CPCT) conducted by the Department of Science and Technology with a Hindi typing certificate.
  • Passed Diploma level examination conducted by Department of Electronics and Accreditation of Computer Courses (DOEACC) or one-year certificate course in “Computer Operator and Programming Assistant (COPA)” from a Government-recognized ITI or passed Modern Office Management course examination from a recognized Polytechnic/Institute/College/University/ITI. OR Computer Diploma from all/open universities recognized by University Grants Commission.
