The Consortium of National Law Universities (NLUs) has released the CLAT Admit Card 2026 for the upcoming UG and PG exams via the candidate's portal on November 22, 2025.  The Hall Ticket download link is now available at the CLAT Admit Card 2026 login, i.e www.consortiumofnlus.ac.in, which is available until 01:30 pm, December 07, 2025. To appear in the exam. Applicants must bring their CLAT 2026 exam hall ticket, along with one valid photo ID, to the exam centre. Any candidate who fails to present their admit card on exam day will be denied the opportunity to take the exam. The Common Law Admission Test (CLAT) is a national exam for students interested in studying law at both undergraduate and postgraduate levels. CLAT is mainly for those who wish to join one of the 22 National Law Universities (NLUs) across India. This test is organised by a group called the Consortium of National Law Universities, which includes these NLUs as members. Through CLAT, students get a chance to secure a spot in respected law programs, making it a key step for those aiming for a career in law. All the candidates planning to appear for the upcoming CLAT 2026 exam scheduled for December 07, 2025, can download their hall ticket using their Mobile Number and Password. Note: The admit card will not be sent offline, so candidates must access it through the website. It is important to keep the admit card safe until the entire admission process is over. Additionally, the admit card is a required document for entry into the exam centre, and candidates must bring it with them on the exam day.

Steps to Download the CLAT Hall Ticket 2026?

The candidates who have to appear in the CLAT 2026 Exam must download their CLAT Admit Card 2026 from the official website and check the complete details mentioned on it. The steps to download the CLAT Admit Card have been discussed below.

Step 1. Go to the official website of the consortium, i.e., www.consortiumofnlus.ac.in.

Step 2. To download the admit card, click on the CLAT 2026 option in the top right corner.

Step 3. Log in to your CLAT account using your registered mobile number and password. 

Step 4. Click on the Log-in Button.

Step 6. Download and take a printout of the call letter for exam day use.

• Select the “Forgot Password” option.
• Type in your registered email ID or mobile number.
• You will get an OTP or reset link on your phone or email.

CLAT Exam Timings

According to officials, candidates must arrive at the exam hall premises before 1:30 pm. During the two-hour CLAT Exam, the test will commence at 02 pm. After the commencement, no candidates will be allowed to enter the hall. 

CLAT Exam Day Guidelines

• Reach the exam centre at least an hour before the reporting time to avoid any last-minute rush and complete the verification process smoothly.
• Bring your CLAT admit card, a valid photo ID (like Aadhaar, passport, or driver’s license), and any other required documents. Check if the admit card specifies additional items needed.
• Once seated, take deep breaths and focus on the questions. Avoid wasting time on difficult questions; instead, move on and return to them if time allows.
• Be mindful of time during the exam. Allocate time to each section based on your strengths and weaknesses, and keep an eye on the clock to avoid rushing at the end.
• Listen carefully to the instructions given by the invigilators and follow the guidelines on the question paper. Do not engage in any activities that may be considered as malpractice.
• Bring at least two black or blue ballpoint pens, as required by the CLAT exam, and ensure you have a transparent water bottle if permitted.
