CBSE Junior Assistant & Superintendent Admit Card 2025, Call Letter Soon

The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) will release the Admit Cards for the posts of Junior Assistant and superintendent in April, a week before the exam. A total of 212 vacancies have been released by CBSE for Group B and C posts. Out of 212, 142 are for Superintendent while 70 are for Junior Assistant posts. The CBSE exam for Junior Assistant (Group C) and Superintendent (Group B) posts is scheduled for 20th April 2025. Those who have successfully submitted the CBSE Junior Assistant & Superintendent online applications and whose applications have been provisionally accepted will only be able to download the call letters from the official website at www.cbse.gov.in. Through this exam, candidates can be appointed anywhere in PAN India. The CBSE Junior Assistant & Superintendent Admit Card 2025 is the most important document for the candidate on the day of the exam as well as on the later stages if the candidate gets shortlisted throughout the selection process.

The CBSE Junior Assistant & Superintendent exam will be conducted in Morning and Afternoon shifts. The exam will be conducted in 2 tiers, and then the candidates will be called for the skill test (typing test), where their typing speed will be checked.

1. Visit the official website at www.cbse.gov.in.
2. On the homepage, in the latest sections, find the link showing “CBSE Junior Assistant & Superintendent Admit Card 2025.”
3. On the next screen, enter the log-in credentials.
4. Then click on the Admit Card tab, and your admit card for the chosen posts will appear on the screen.
5. Download the CBSE Junior Assistant & Superintendent call letter and get a printout of it.
6. Make sure you carry the admit card with you to the exam centre.

Important Instructions for Candidates

There are a few pointers that the candidates need to take care of while going for the CBSE Junior Assistant & Superintendent exam. 

• Candidates are advised ti reach 2 hours before the commencement of the exam, as the biometric formalities need to be performed at the centre
• Candidates are not allowed to carry the following items with them: Geometry or Pencil box, Handbag, Purse, Eatables and Water (loose or packed), electronic devices, Log Tables, Camera.
• They must sit on the allotted seats only during the examination on which their roll numbers will already be printed.

Documents to Carry on the day of the Exam

The candidates must carry the following documents on the day of the examination to avoid any issues while appearing for the exam.

• CBSE Junior Assistant & Superintendent Admit Card in hard copy only.
• One passport-size photo, same as uploaded during submitting the application form
• Photo ID proof in original (PAN card/Driving License/Voter ID/Passport/Aadhaar Card)
• PwBD certificate issued by the authorized medical officer, if claiming the relaxation under PwBD category
• Letter of Undertaking for using Own Scribe
