Uttarakhand TET 2026 Exam Summary

The candidates who want to apply for the Uttarakhand Teacher Eligibility Test 2026 have to submit their application forms online at www.ukutet.com to get themself registered for the exam. The exam will consist of 2 papers. Paper 1 is held for those candidates who intend to teach the primary classes, i.e., Classes 1 to 5, while Paper 2 is for those who wish to teach classes 6 to 8. Steps to Apply for Uttarakhand TET 2026

The candidates may follow the steps given below to apply for Uttarakhand TET 2026:

1.  Go to the official website of the Uttarakhand TET at www.ukutet.com.
2. On the homepage, click the “Recruitment” option.
3. Choose the post for which you wish to apply and carefully read the guidelines.
4. Click on the “Apply Online” tab and enter your personal information, educational credentials, and so forth.
5. Upload the scanned copies of the required documents, such as a passport-size photograph, signature, educational certificates, and caste certificate (if applicable).
6. Pay the application fee using one of the provided payment methods.
7. Examine the application form for any mistakes or anomalies.
8. Submit the application by clicking “Submit”.
9. Make a copy of the application form and payment receipt for your records.

UTET 2026 Exam Pattern 

UTET Exam 2026 will consist of 2 papers, namely Paper 1 and Paper 2. UTET Paper-1 comprises of 5 subjects namely Child Development and Pedagogy, Language I, Language II, Mathematics, and Environmental Science. The candidates will have 150 minutes to solve the questions which would be objective in nature. Each question carries 1 mark and there is no penalty for wrong answers.

UTET 2026 Exam Pattern for Paper 2

UTET Paper-2 comprises of 5 subjects namely Child Development and Pedagogy, Language I, Language II, Mathematics and either Science or Social Science. The candidates will have 150 minutes to solve the questions which would be objective in nature. Each question carries 1 mark and there is no penalty for wrong answers

UTET 2026 Certificate Validity

Earlier the UTET Exam certificate used to be valid for a span of 7 years. But after the new amendments made by the ministry of education, now the UTET certificate would be valid for a lifetime. The candidates who would qualify the UTET exam 2026 would be receiving the UTET certificates. The candidates need to appear and qualify the UTET exam once and the certificate would serve for a lifetime.

UTET 2026 Admit Card

UTET 2026 admit card will be issued a few days before the exam. The candidates are recommended to minutely fill in the details while filling the application forms. The same details would be carried on to the admit card as well. UTET Admit card is a very important document, as the candidates would not be allowed to enter the examination hall if they fail to present the admit card. So, it is strictly recommended to take a print of the Admit card as soon as it is officially published.
