UPTET Admit Card 2026 Date, Hall Ticket Download Link

Uttar Pradesh Education Service Selection Commission (UPESSC) has announced the exam dates and admit card release date for UPTET 2026 Exam along with its official notification. The commission will release UPTET Admit Card 2026 for the candidates who have applied for the eligibility test at their official website https://www.upessc.up.gov.in/. Once released, the direct link to download the admit card will also be shared in the article too. 

UPTET Admit Card 2026

Around 20 lakh candidates are going to appear for UP TET 2026, which is scheduled from 2nd to 4th July 2026. The candidates have to carry the hard copy of their UPTET Hall Ticket to get permitted to the exam hall. The candidates can download their hall ticket by entering their registration number and One Time Password. 

UPTET Exam Schedule & Timing 2026

UPTET Exam will be conducted in two shifts and for both papers on the same day. Shift-1 will begin at 9:30 am and Shift-2 will begin at 2:30 pm. To know the exact exam schedule, refer to the table below- 

UPTET Admit Card Download Link

UPTET Primary level Teachers exam will be conducted in the 1st session (9:30 am to 12 noon) and the Upper Primary Teachers exam will be conducted in the 2nd session (2:30 pm to 5:00 pm). The UPTET Admit card download link will be updated here after it is released at https://www.upessc.up.gov.in/. Do not delay, download your UPTET Admit Card to avoid any last-minute technical glitch.

How to Download UP TET Admit Card 2026?

To download UPTET Admit Card, a candidate needs to have the following details:

• Registration Number

• One-Time Password

Steps 1 – Visit the official Website of Uttar Pradesh Education Service Selection Commission (UPESSC) https://www.upessc.up.gov.in/.

Step 2 – Now Go to the Candidate Services Section and Click U.P. Teacher Eligibility Test (UPTET) link.

Step 3 – Click on UPTET Admit Card Link.

Step 4 – Now Login through your Registration ID and One Time Password (used for the final registration printout).

Step 5 – Enter the Captcha Code that appears on the screen.

Step 5 – Click on the 'Login' button after the final submission of the data.

Step 6 – Now your UPTET Admit Card will appear on the screen.

UPTET Exam Pattern

UPTET Exam is divided into two papers- Paper I for Classes 1 to 5 and Paper II for Classes 6 to 8. In both papers, 4 subjects (Child Development and Pedagogy, Language I, Language II, Mathematics) are common. However, in Paper-II, Mathematics and Science (for Mathematics and science teacher) OR Social Studies/Social Science (for social studies/social science teacher). Details Need to Check on UPTET Admit Card

Candidates are informed that UPTET Admit Card 2026 is a mandatory document and no aspirant will be allowed to appear for the exam if he/ she is not carrying a valid admit card on the day of the exam. After downloading Admit Card for UPTET 2026 Paper 1 and Paper- 2, candidates have to first cross-check the following details very carefully. Documents to Carry to UPTET Exam Hall 

The candidates have to carry their hard copy of the UPTET Admit Card 2026 to the exam hall along with the following documents that are required for their verification purpose. 

1. One passport size photo (same as uploaded on the application form)

2. PwD certificate, if applicable

3. One original authorised photo ID (PAN card/ Driving License/ Voter ID/ Passport/ Aadhaar Card (With photograph)/ Aadhaar Enrolment No/ Ration Card)
