SSC Junior Engineer (Civil, Mechanical & Electrical) Tier 1 Examination, 2025 for 1731 JE vacancies is scheduled from 3rd to 6th December 2025. SSC JE Answer Key 2025 will be released in 2nd week of December 2025 at the official website https://ssc.gov.in/. The answer key PDF includes the correct response to all questions asked in the examination. Staff Selection Commission (SSC) aims to fill a total of 1731 vacancies for Junior Engineer posts in Civil, Mechanical, and Electrical for various Ministries/ Departments/Organisations in the Government of India. The candidates can have an estimation of the marks to be secured in the exam through the SSC JE Answer Key 2025. There will be a negative marking of 1 mark for each wrong answer in the SSC JE Paper-II. Along with the answer key, the commission will also facilitate the candidates with the facility to raise objections & challenges to the answer key with a fee of Rs. 100/- per objection.

The answer key and response sheet link for the SSC JE Paper 1 exam will be released online at https://ssc.gov.in/, and the candidates can download their answer key & response sheet using their Roll Number and Password. Steps to Download SSC JE Paper 1 Answer Key 2025

1. Visit the Staff Selection Commission (SSC) official website: www.ssc.gov.in. Or click on the link provided above.
2. Click on the “Login/Register” tab on the SSC website.
3. Now enter your registration number and password.
4. Now, click on Click on ‘Application Details’ under ‘My Application’ for Junior Engineer (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical Examination – 2025).
5. A PDF file (Official Notice) opens. Read it carefully and click on the link at the bottom.
6. A new page opens. Read it carefully and then click on “Click here”.
7. Enter your Roll Number and Password as per your admission certificate.
8. SSC JE answer key 2025 for Tier 1 exam, along with your response,s will appear on the screen.

SSC JE Answer Key- Raise Objections Process

The interested candidates may log in using their User ID (i.e. Registration Number) and Password (as per Admission Certificate) and submit representations, if any, which may be submitted online only with a payment of Rs. 100/-per question/answer challenged. The candidates may take a print-out of their respective Response Sheets as they will not be available after the specified time limit.

Steps to Raise Objection to SSC JE Answer Key 2025

1. Visit the official website of SSC at https://ssc.gov.in/.
2. Log in with your registration number and password.
3. Click on the link reading “Click to Raise Objections to Tentative SSC JE Answer key”.
4. Log in using your SSC User ID and Password
5. Choose the question number and the correct option according to you.
6. Pay the applicable fee and submit the objection.
7. Attach proof for the objection raised.

SSC JE Paper 1 Marking Scheme

1. Each question in Paper 1 carries 1 mark.
2. For each correct answer, you earn 1 mark.
3. For each incorrect answer, there is a penalty of 0.25 marks. This negative marking applies to each incorrect response.
4. Unanswered questions do not result in any negative marking. It's better to leave questions unanswered if you are unsure rather than guessing and incurring negative marks.
