When a candidate begins to fill SBI PO Application form, then he/she has to write a declaration in their own handwriting which has to be uploaded along with the application with a file size of 50 to 100 kbs and dimensions of 800 x 400 pixels.  

“I,______(Name of the candidate), Date of Birth ______hereby declare that all the information submitted by me in the application form is correct, true, and valid. I will present the supporting documents as and when required. The signature, photograph, and left thumb impression are of mine”.

SBI PO Handwritten Declaration 2026- Points to Remember

Keep the following points for SBI PO Handwritten Declaration Text while filling the application form- 

1. The size of the handwritten declaration is 50 to 100 KB with dimensions of 800 x 400 pixels.
2. The SBI PO Handwritten Declaration text is not to be written in Capital Letters.
3. The Handwritten Declaration is to be written in the English language only; no other language will be accepted.
4. The Handwritten Declaration text is to be written by the individual who is applying for the post.
