SBI Apprentice Admit Card 2026 Link Out, Exam on 11 July, Download Call Letter Now

The online exam for SBI Apprentice 2026 is scheduled for 11th July 2026 (Saturday) in a single shift. Candidates who are going to appear in the exam must now download their SBI Apprentice Admit Card and not wait for the last day, if not been downloaded yet. To download your call letter, you just need your Registration Number/Roll Number and Password/Date of Birth.

The admit cards have been released for thousands of banking aspirants who have applied for the 7,150 Apprentice vacancies under Advt No. CRPD/APPR/2026-27/07. Candidates must download their call letter before the exam date and carry a printed copy of the admit card along with a valid photo ID to the exam centre; no mail or post will be sent by SBI.

How to Download SBI Apprentice Call Letter 2026?

To download the Admit Card for the SBI Apprentice Online Examination, the candidates are required to have these two prerequisites: Registration number/Roll Number and Password/Date of Birth. Log in to your ID through the credentials mentioned above, and you can download the admit card. Candidates can follow the steps provided below to download the call letter: 

1. Visit the official SBI website at sbi.bank.in.
2. Scroll to the footer and click on "Careers".
3. On the Careers page, click on "Current Openings".
4. Locate and click on "ENGAGEMENT OF APPRENTICES UNDER THE APPRENTICES ACT, 1961 (Advt. No. CRPD/APPR/2026-27/07)".
   Click on "Download Online Exam Call Letter".
5. In the login window, enter your Registration Number/Roll Number and Password/Date of Birth.
6. Fill in the Captcha code and click "Login".
7. Your SBI Apprentice Admit Card 2026 will appear on screen.
8. Download the PDF, verify all details, and take a clear printout.

What to Do If Your SBI Apprentice Admit Card 2026 Has Errors?

Candidates may find a mismatch in their name, photograph, date of birth, category or exam centre after downloading the admit card. Here’s what you do:

1. Mismatch in Name or DOB: Immediately contact the official IBPS Grievance Portal, cgrs.ibps.in, with your registration number and supporting documents.
2. Wrong or blurred photograph: This is generally a system rendering issue. Please try to download the admit card again using a different browser (Chrome/Firefox) If this persists, please submit a complaint on the portal above. Wrong Exam Centre: SBI reserves the right to allocate the candidates to any centre. No request for change of centre will be entertained after issuance of admit card.
3. Category mismatch: Please lodge a complaint with proof of your Caste/Category certificate. Please make these corrections prior to the date of the exam.
4. Incorrect Exam date/shift: Refer to your original application form. In case of a genuine mismatch, contact the IBPS helpdesk.

• Reach the exam centre at least 90 minutes before reporting time to complete verification procedures smoothly.
• Carry the SBI Apprentice admit card, valid photo ID proof, and passport-size photograph; entry is not allowed without these documents.
• Do not bring mobile phones, smartwatches, calculators, or any electronic gadgets, as they are strictly prohibited.
• Wear simple clothing and avoid jewellery, caps, or metallic items to prevent issues during security checks.
• Follow all instructions given by the invigilator and maintain discipline inside the exam hall.
• Do not engage in any unfair practices, as it can lead to immediate disqualification from the exam.
