PSSSB Excise Inspector Selection Process 2026

The selection of candidates for the post of Excise Inspector is based on an online written test and typing test. The candidate who clears both phases will be called for document verification.

PSSSB Excise Inspector Exam Pattern 2026

A total of 100 questions (both parts) will be asked in the PSSSB Excise Inspector exam. Each question carries 1 mark. Candidates will get 2 hours to complete their exam, and the medium of the exam will be Punjabi and English. 

• PSSSB Excise Inspector Exam includes objective-type multiple-choice questions.
• The exam includes 2 parts. Part A is qualifying in nature, and Part B will be held for a total of 100 marks.
• There will be no negative marking in Part A.
• There will be negative marking in Part B. Each question carries 1 mark. For every wrong answer, 1/4th mark would be deducted.
• The time duration of the exam will be 2 hours and 30 minutes.
