OICL Assistant RLT Admit Card 2025 Out, Phase 3 Call Letter & Instructions

Oriental Insurance Company Limited (OICL) has announced the OICL Assistant RLT dates along with the exam date on 2nd January 2026 to the candidates who were declared qualified in the mains exam. The link to download the OICL Assistant RLT admit card has been activated on the official website www.orientalinsurance.org.in. This year, 500 Assistant vacancies will be recruited.  

OICL Assistant RLT Admit Card 2025 Out 

The OICL Assistant Regional Language Test is scheduled for 6th & 7th February 2026, for which shift timing, reporting time, and exam centre details are mentioned on the candidate's respective admit cards. OICL Assistant RLT Admit Card 2025 for mains-qualified candidates has been released, along with list of documents and instructions has been uploaded at official website www.orientalinsurance.org.in. To download the admit card, candidates must provide their login details, which include their Registration Number/Roll Number and Password/Date of Birth.

The Regional Language Test will be conducted at multiple exam centres across the country, and the exam venue details have been notified to the candidates through their admit cards. Candidates have to mandatorily carry their OICL Assistant Admit Card 2025 to their respective exam centre.

How to Download OICL Assistant RLT Admit Card 2025?

To download admit cards, candidates must keep the following login information ready:

• Registration Number/Roll Number
• Password/Date of Birth

The following steps guide the candidates to download their mains call letters from the official website of Oriental Insurance Company Limited (OICL):

1. Open the official website of Oriental Insurance Company Limited (OICL) i.e. www.orientalinsurance.org.in on your internet browser.
2. Now go to the “Careers” menu and click on “OICL Assistant Recruitment 2025”.
3. Now, click on “ASSISTANT RECRUITMENT EXERCISE-2025 PFB the call letter live link to down load Call Letter for RLT”.
4. In the login box, enter your Registration Number/Roll Number and Password/Date of Birth, the same as used at the time of registration.
5. Click on “Submit”, and your OICL Assistant RLT Admit Card 2025 for the mains exam appears on the screen.
6. Download and keep a hard copy ready to be carried.

OICL Assistant 2025 RLT Instructions & List of Documents to Carry

The officials have also released the list of mandatory documents that candidates have to carry to the Regional Language Test. Also, the instructions are shared to be followed-

1. Candidates must complete and sign the RLT Data Sheet in duplicate, including details of all attested certificate copies submitted during document verification at the test venue.
2. SC/ST candidates need community certificates from authorised authorities; OBC candidates require the format from the company website.
3. EWS and PwBD candidates must submit asset/income and disability certificates in the prescribed formats.
4. Outstation SC/ST/PwBD candidates get sleeper class rail or bus fare reimbursement with proof of journey by the shortest route.
5. No venue changes allowed; journeys from unlisted places disqualify reimbursement claims.
6. Government/PSU employees must present a No Objection Certificate (NOC), or their candidature ends without travel expense payment.
7. Selected candidates may post anywhere in the applied State/UT; irregularities in info lead to disqualification.
8. Verify eligibility beforehand—appearing in RLT grants no selection right.
