Life Insurance Corporation of India (LIC) has sucessfully conducted the LIC AAO Preliminary Online Examination 2025 on 3rd October 2025. The Cut Off marks are the minimum marks that candidates are required to score to qualify for the exam. The LIC AAO Cut Off 2025 will be released along with its scorecard within 1 week of the release of the result. Through the exam, a total of 841 vacancies will be recruited for the posts of Assistant Engineers (A.E) - Civil/ Electrical /Structural /MEP & Assistant Architect (A.A) and Assistant Administrative Officer (AAO) Specialist.
LIC AAO Cut Off 2025
LIC has released the LIC AAO Result 2025 for the prelims exam on 29th October 2025. The cut-off marks for the LIC AAO 2025 will be released separately for the Prelims and Mains Exams, along with their scorecards. LIC AAO Previous Year Cut Off
In 2023 and 2019, there were 3 stages: Prelims, Mains & Interviews. In 2016, there was only one online examination & interview round for selecting the eligible candidates for Assistant Engineers (A.E) - Civil/ Electrical /Structural /MEP & Assistant Architect (A.A) and Assistant Administrative Officer (AAO) Specialist posts.For your reference, we have provided the cut off marks for each exam below. LIC AAO Prelims Cut Off 2023
LIC has released LIC AAO Cut Off marks category-wise along with LIC AAO Score Cards. This year, cut off marks will be prepared out of 70 marks. The marks obtained in the Mains examination & interview will be the final LIC AAO Cut off, however, to appear in Mains, candidates must qualify in Prelims Exam.

LIC AAO Prelims Cut off marks have been released along with the result for the aspirants who attempted the prelims exam. LIC AAO Cut-Off Marks have been released section-wise and category-wise separately. The candidates who scored more than the LIC AAO Cut off 2021 were qualified to appear in LIC AAO Mains Exam. The marks obtained in the Mains examination & interview will be the final LIC AAO Cut off, however, to appear in Mains, candidates must qualify in Prelims Exam.
