Jharkhand Combined Civil Services Prelims Exam (01/2026) will be conducted on 19th April 2026 (Sunday) in a morning and evening shift. How to Download JPSC Admit Card 2026?
There are two methods of downloading the admit cards either from the official website or via OTR Portal. Below we have discussed both methods in detail-
Method 1- To Download from Official Website (jpsc.gov.in)
Candidates who are going to appear in their JPSC Civil Services Preliminary exam must follow the steps given below to download their hall ticket:
- At first, visit the official website of JPSC https://jpsc.gov.in.
- Once on the homepage, go to the "Latest Recruitment Notices".
- In this section, look for a link titled "JPSC Combined Civil Services Preliminary Admit Card 2026."
- Now enter your login credentials, such as Registration Number, Date of Birth, and Captcha (as in the image), and then click on the "Submit" button.
- Your JPSC Prelims Admit Card will be displayed on the screen.
- Download the admit card in PDF format and take 2-3 printouts of it.
Method 2- To Download via OTR Portal (jpscotr.com)
The JPSC Prelims admit card is available through the One Time Registration (OTR) portal — not just the main JPSC website. Here's the correct OTR-based login process:
- Go to https://jpscotr.com (the official OTR portal) OR visit www.jpsc.gov.in and click the OTR link on the homepage.
- Log in using any one of the following: Email ID, Mobile Number, or OTR Registration Number — along with your Password.
- After login, navigate to the "Admit Card" section under your dashboard.
- Click on the "JPSC CCE Prelims 2025 (Advt. 01/2026)" link to open your hall ticket.
- Verify all details carefully — name, photograph, roll number, exam centre.
- Download and print at least 4 copies of the admit card (self-attested colour copies identical to the photo uploaded during application).
Forgot Password? Use the "Forgot Password" or "Recover Registration" option on the OTR portal. Enter your registered Email ID or Mobile Number to recover access. Do this well before the exam date.
What are the JPSC Prelims Exam Shift Timings?
JPSC CSE Prelims consists of 2 papers. Paper 1 for General Studies 1 and Paper 2 for General Studies 2, which will be conducted in morning and afternoon shifts. Candidates must check the exam shift timings below:

Documents to Carry with JPSC Prelims Admit Card 2026
Before appearing at the exam centre for the Prelims exam, candidates must be sure that they have certain important documents with them. These documents will get the candidate's identity verified and will allow them to enter the exam hall.
- A printed copy of the JPSC Civil Service Prelims Admit Card 2026, either in colour or in black and white.
- A valid photo ID proof, such as Aadhaar Card, Voter Card, PAN Card, Passport, or Driving License.
