Haryana CET 2026 Eligibility
The eligibility criteria for Group D posts have been decided by the commission as follows:
Education Qualification
For Group D- The minimum educational qualification shall be Matric pass with additional qualification, for eligibility to appear in CET.
Age Limit
The candidates must fall in the age group of 18 to 42 years on the last date of registration. The upper age relaxation will be applicable as per the norms.

The Online Registration process for CET Haryana enrollment will be conducted at www.hssc.gov.in for a short duration. The application process will be conducted for the candidates who are interested in direct recruitment to Group D posts. Steps to Fill Out Haryana CET Registration Form 2026
Haryana CET Registration will be done through a One-time registration procedure, which can be done through the following steps.
Step-1: Visit the website www.onetimeregn.haryana.gov.in or directly apply from the above link.
Step-2: Enter your Mobile Number & Captcha Code and enter OTP for verification sent to your mobile.
Step-3: Start filling out the CET Haryana Registration Form and enter the basic details including communication, education details and other details required.
Step-4: Upload Photo & Signature (jpg of 500 kb) and other required documents
Step-5: A new registration number is generated.
Step-6: Now log in to the portal using the registration number generated above and start submitting the details.
Step-7: Pay the required application fee as listed below.
Step-8: Click on the “Submit” tab and download the application form for future reference.
CET Haryana 2026 Exam Pattern
- There will be 2 sections in CET Haryana Exam.
- An Offline (OMR based) written examination will be held.
- There will be a total of 100 questions in the test and 1 mark for each question will be awarded.
- There will be no negative marking in Haryana CET Exam
- Minimum Qualifying Marks: General Category - 50%, Reserved Category (both vertical and horizontal) - 40%

CET Haryana 2026 Syllabus
The syllabus for the Common Eligibility Test shall be divided into two parts, comprising:
(a) 75% weightage for General Awareness, Reasoning, quantitative ability, English, Hindi, and for Group D posts, computer knowledge in addition; and
(b) 25% weightage for History, Current Affairs, Literature, Geography, Environment, Culture etc. of Haryana.
