Every candidate shall be aware of the subjects and papers that establish all phases of the selection procedure. The applicants who can qualify for all stages will be considered to fill the post of Delhi Police MTS (Civilian). Delhi Police will hold the prescribed selection process in the following steps. 

Stage 1- Written Test- The first stage of the selection process is a written examination. The examination consists of multiple-choice questions (MCQs) covering various subjects, including General Intelligence and reasoning, Numerical Aptitude, General Awareness, and English Language.

Stage 2- Trade Test- Candidates who qualify in the written examination are usually called for a trade test or practical test. The trade test is designed to assess the specific skills required for the MTS role.

Stage 3- Document Verification- After successfully completing the trade test, candidates are typically required to undergo document verification. During this stage, candidates are required to provide and verify their educational and identity documents.

Stage 4- Medical Examination- Candidates who pass the document verification stage may need to undergo a medical examination to ensure they are medically fit for the MTS role.

Delhi Police MTS 2024 Salary 

The pay scale for Delhi Police MTS positions typically falls under Level 1 of the Pay Matrix as per the 7th Pay Commission. The pay scale is around Rs. 18,000 to Rs. 56,900. The initial basic pay for an MTS employee is usually at the minimum of the pay scale, which is Rs. 18,000 per month. n addition to the basic pay, MTS employees are entitled to various allowances, including Dearness Allowance (DA), House Rent Allowance (HRA), and other special allowances, depending on their place of posting and other factors.
