GDS 3rd Merit List 2026 Out, Download India Post GDS State-wise Result PDF

The Department of Posts, Government of India, has released the 3rd merit list PDF for candidates who applied for 28,636 Gramin Dak Sevak vacancies under Online Engagement Schedule-I, January 2026. The state-wise Supplementary List – III is now available at the official website www.indiapostgdsonline.gov.in, and the same is also provided below in the article. Candidates have to verify their documents at the Divisional Office of the Division on or before 26th May 2026.

GDS 3rd Merit List 2026 has been released for 19 circles with the names of 6690 qualified candidates. Candidates whose registration numbers are listed in the circle-wise GDS merit list PDF are shortlisted to appear for the Document Verification (DV) round. Download the merit list and search for their 7-digit registration number to check whether they have been shortlisted or not for Branch Postmaster (BPM), Assistant Branch Postmaster (ABPM), and Dak Sevak across all postal circles in India.

Steps to Check India Post GDS 3rd Merit List 2026

  • Visit the official website of the Department of Posts, Government of India at https://indiapost.gov.in/gdsonlineengagement
  • Click on “GDS Online Engagement” >> Select “Schedule-I January 2026.”
  • Click on your respective postal circle, then click on “Supplementary List – III”.
  • The circle-wise PDF opens in a new tab.
  • Use Ctrl + F (Find) and type your 7-digit Registration Number to search for your name.
  • Download and save the merit list PDF for future reference.

GDS 3rd Merit List Document Verification

Candidates who declared qualified as per the 3rd Merit List PDF will be called for the document verification process, the schedule for which will be released along with the result. Candidates should reach the designated office with originals & 2 sets of photocopies of all relevant documents, and get their documents verified at the Divisional Office of the Division
