The Department of School Education, Government of Andhra Pradesh, is going to conduct the Andhra Pradesh Teacher Eligibility Test from 10th December 2025 onwards across all districts of the state. As per the schedule released by the department, AP TET Results 2025 will be released on 19th January 2026 at https://tet2dsc.apcfss.in/ or www.cse.ap.gov.in.
AP TET Results 2025
The AP TET 2025 (Andhra Pradesh Teacher Eligibility Test) is a state-level exam held twice a year to check eligibility for teaching Classes 1 to 8 in Andhra Pradesh schools (Government, ZP, MP, Municipal, and Private). AP TET Result 2025 for the October session will be released in the scorecard format and can be checked in the Candidate Login section on the official websites: https://aptet.apcfss.in or www.cse.ap.gov.in.
After the examination, the Department of School Education will release the AP TET Result 2025 for Paper 1 and Paper 2 to check the qualifying status of candidates. The APTET Scorecard & results contain candidatesβ names, total marks obtained, qualifying status, and other details. Candidates who qualify in the exam will be issued an AP TET eligibility certificate, valid for life.

AP TET Scorecard and Mark Sheet 2025 will be released along with the AP TET Results 2025. Aspirants will download their scorecard by logging into their registered accounts through the Candidate Login page. The scorecard includes details such as Name, Date of Birth, Category, Marks obtained in the exam, and the Qualifying Status.
Steps to Check AP TET Results 2025
Candidates will be required to provide their login details to check their AP TET Results and scorecard. AP TET Results will be released online on the official website of www.aptet.apcfss.in. Follow the step-by-step process below to check their result.
- Go to the official website of the Andhra Pradesh TET, www.aptet.apcfss.in.
- Candidates will be redirected to the Candidate's Login Page.
- Click on the Result tab.
- A new login page appears on the screen. Enter Candidate ID, DOB (dd/mm/yyyy), and verification code.
- Click on the AP TET 2025 Results Download link.
- Enter your candidate ID or mobile number and date of birth as used at registration.
- AP TET Results 2025 appear on the screen.
- Download and save the result for future reference.

Normalization mark of jth candidates in ith shift Mij is given by:

- π΄ππ = Normalized marks of the jth candidate in the ith shift.
- π΄ππ= is the average mark of the top 0.1% of the candidates considering all shifts (the number of candidates will be rounded - up)
- π΄ππ= is the sum of the mean and standard deviation marks of the candidates in the examination considering all shifts.
- π΄ππ= is the average mark of the top 0.1% of the candidates in the ith shift. (The number of candidates will be rounded - up)
- π΄ππ= is the sum of mean marks and standard deviation of the ith shift.
- π΄ππ= is the actual marks that the jth candidate obtained in the ith shift.
- π΄gmπ= is the sum of the mean marks of candidates in the shift having the maximum mean and standard deviation of marks of candidates in the examination, considering all shifts.
- Note: Calculation of marks will be up to 5 decimal places.
What's Next After AP TET Results 2025?
Once the AP TET Results 2025 are announced, those who qualified in Paper 1 or 2 become eligible for various teacher posts in Andhra Pradesh. Qualified candidates can then apply for the posts of teachers in the government school of AP by presenting the AP TET Certification 2025, which has a lifetime validity.
Those, who do not qualify for the Andhra Pradesh Teachers Eligibility Test become ineligible for teachers' posts and must try for this exam next year.
Minimum Qualifying Marks
The minimum qualifying marks to pass the teacher eligibility test are considered the AP TET Cut-off marks. To receive the AP TET certificate, the candidates must score more than the passing marks as per their category. The minimum qualifying mark for the general category is 60%, for the BC category is 50%, and for the SC, ST, and PWD categories, it is 40%.
Only those candidates who score more than the minimum qualifying marks are declared qualified and issued with an AP TET 2025 certificate. The certificate notifying that the candidate is qualified to apply for teaching positions in public institutions is a crucial document.
