AIBE 21 Result 2026 Release Date

Usually, the Bar Council of India (BCI) releases the results within 30 - 40 days of the exam date. There is no official date regarding the result date. AIBE Result 2026 will be released in July 2026 at https://allindiabarexamination.com/ and includes the candidate's name, enrollment number, and result status- whether qualified or not for the examination.

Know About the AIBE Exam 2026

All India Bar Examination, also known as AIBE, is a national-level examination conducted every year by the Bar Council of India (BCI). It is mandatory for law graduates in India who want to practice as advocates. Candidates who pass the exam get a Certificate of Practice (CoP), which is required to work as a lawyer in Indian courts.

AIBE Exam 2026- Qualifying Marks

As mentioned in the notification, the AIBE qualifying marks for the General Category and OBC category is 45%, and for SC/ST candidates, it is 40%. Candidates who clear the minimum qualifying marks have been declared qualified in the AIBE 18 examination.

AIBE 21 Certificate of Practice (COP)

Candidates who declared qualified in the All India Bar Examination (AIBE) examination will be issued the Certificate of Practice (COP). The COP certificate is a mandatory document for candidates to practice law in Indian courts. The Certificate of Practice will then be required to be submitted to the same Bar Council to practice law as an advocate.
