Steps to Apply Online for UPPSC Technical Lecturer Recruitment 2021

The interested candidates are advised to apply much before the last date arrives and for ease follow the below-mentioned steps:

Step-1 Browse the official website of UPPSC @www.uppsc.up.nic.in or directly apply online from the above link.

Step-2 In the Activity Dashboard, look for “CLICK HERE TO APPLY FOR VARIOUS POST, UNDER TECHNICAL EDUCATION DEPARTMENT U.P. ADVT.NO. A-7/E-1/2021”

Step-3 Upon clicking on the link, a new page will appear on the screen. 

Step-4 Click on “Apply” against the notification reading- “प्राविधिक शिक्षा विभाग, उ0प्र0 - परीक्षा”

Step-5 Choose the post you desire to apply for and start filling the online application. 

Step-6 Upload the required documents, photographs, and signatures in the prescribed format. 

Step-7  Pay the applicable exam fee before 12 October 2021 and submit your application form before 15 October 2021. 

Step-8 Download the duly-filled application form and keep a printout for future reference. 

UPPSC Lecturer Application Fee

The candidates have to mandatorily pay the application fee during the time of the registration process in order to submit the UPPSC Technical Lecturer Application form. The category-wise application fee has been tabulated below.

UPPSC Technical Lecturer Eligibility Criteria 

Education Qualification 

Principal: PhD and First Class at either Bachelor's or Master's level in the relevant discipline (as enumerated in the list of AICTE approved Diploma Courses) with a minimum of 16 years of experience in Teaching at degree or diploma level in technical education/Research/Industry, out of which at least 3 years shall be posted as PhD experience and 5 years of experience not below the level of HOD.

Lecturer: B.E./B.Tech./B.S. in a relevant discipline (as enumerated in the list of AICTE approved Diploma Courses) with FirstClass

Age Limit (as on 01/07/2021)

Age limit for Principal Posts: 35-50 years

Age limit for Lecturer & other Posts: 21-40 years

UPPSC Technical Lecturer Salary 2021

The salary for the Principal post is Rs. 1,31,400, for the lecturer & workshop superintendent is Rs. 56,100- 57,700, and for Librarian is Rs. 56,100. The salary will be granted as per Level-9 A and 10. 

UPPSC Lecturer Selection Process 2021

The selection for the post of  Technical Lecturer, Workshop Superintendent, Principal, Librarian will be done on the basis of total marks obtained by the candidates in written examination and interview. Only the candidates qualifying in the written test will be called for the interview round.

UPPSC Technical Lecturer Admit Card 2021

The admit card for the written test will be released by Uttar Pradesh Public Service Commission on its official website tentatively 7 to 10 days before the exam date. UPPSC Technical Lecturer Result 2021

UPPSC will release result for the candidates who qualify in the written examination and will be eligible to appear for the interview round. The final selection for the post of Technical Education posts will be done at the basis of their performance in the written examination & interview.
