The Uttar Pradesh Public Service Commission has released the official notification pdf for UPPSC PCS 2020 exma to recruit the 200 vacancies through Combined State / Upper Subordinate Services and Assistant Conservator of Forest / Range Forest Officer Services Examination-2020. The commission had resumed working on April 20, 2020 and released the UPPSC PCS notification as the the schedule of its calendar. UPPCS is the exam conducting body of UP Government which conducts different examination in the state.

The exam date for UPPSC PCS and ACF/ RFO 2020 exam has been released by UPPSC along with its official calendar but due to uncertainties in the execution of the plan because of the coronavirus pandemic and the consequent lockdown it can be delayed. The UPPSC UPPCS prelims and mains exam will be conducted offline across the state. The UPPSC PCS selection procedure has 3 stages:

The UPPSC PCS exam is a three-stage exam and the candidates need to appear in the UPPSC PCS prelims exam followed by mains exam & Interview (Personality Test). The prelims exam is an objective type exam comprising two question papers.
The Prelims exam of UPPSC PCS 2020 is an offline mode of examination having 2 papers in different shift. The total marks allotted for each paper is 200 and the total time allotted for the completion of each Paper of Prelims exam is 2 hours. The total number of questions in Paper-1 (General Studies I) are 150 while Paper-2 is of 100 marks.

1. Paper-II of the Preliminary Examination will be a qualifying paper with minimum qualifying marks fixed at 33%.

The online application process for UPPSC PCS and ACF/ RFO 2020 exam will be done online only, no offline mode this time. The registration has started on 21st April 2020 and ends on 4th June 2020. All candidates can apply online for this exam by clicking on the link mentioned below.
The commission will release the result for each and every stage of the exam. The prelims result will be released once the answer key objections process has been done. As per the notification it is expected to be released in the month of October 2020.
