Telangana Police Police SI Syllabus 2026 consists of two sections. The Arithmetic Ability and Mental Ability section is further divided into subtopics, similar to the syllabus of the General Studies section is divided into more subjects like general science, history of India, political science, etc. All the questions will be asked in English and Telugu/Urdu. Telangana Police Sub Inspector PMT & PET 2026

Candidates who qualify the Preliminary Written Test will be eligible for the PMT & PET. This round is conducted to test the physical efficiency of the candidate for the sub-inspector post. PMT Will consist of Height measurements of both male and female candidates.

  • Candidates who qualify for the Physical Measurement Test will only be eligible for the PET.
  • Physical Efficiency Test consists of a 1600-meter run for male candidates and an 800-meter run for female candidates. And also, consists of long jump, shot jump (7.26 Kgs for Men/4 Kgs for Women).

Telangana Police SI Syllabus For Final Written Test 2026

The Selection of the Candidates for the post of Telangana Police Sub Inspector is based on the Final Written Test. It consists of 4 papers, both descriptive and objective. After the Final written Test, the final result will be declared.

Syllabus of Paper 1  English

Paper 1 is further divided into two parts: Part 1 consists of 50 objective-type questions of 25 marks. There will be a negative marking of 1/4th mark with every incorrect answer. And Part 2 is the descriptive part of 75 Marks. Candidates have a total of 3 Hours to complete the paper. The questions will be asked from the following topics:
