SIDBI Grade A 2024 Notification: SIDBI is set up under an Act of Parliament for the promotion, financing, and development of the Ministry of Micro, Small & Medium Enterprises (MSME) sector in India. Small Industries Development Bank of India releases vacancies and other recruitment details for Officers in Grade- A (General Stream) for which Group Discussion and Interview will be conducted to shortlist candidates for the said vacancies. Steps to Apply Online for SIDBI Grade A Recruitment 2024
The candidates have to submit their online application form to SIDBI to get enrolled for the SIDBI Recruitment 2024. Follow the below steps to know how to apply for SIDBI Grade A Recruitment.
Step-1 Browse the official website of Small Industries Development Bank of India @www.sidbi.in
Step-II On the homepage, click on “Careers” appearing on the top and a new page appears with all the current recruitments.
Step-III Click on “Application for Assistant Manager ‘Grade-A’ in General Stream”.
Step-IV Now click on “SIDBI invites Applications for Recruitment of Officers in Grade ‘A’– General Stream” and now click on the “Click here to apply online”.
Step-V Now candidates have to register for the application process, choose the tab, "Click here for New Registration" and enter Name, Contact details and Email-id.
Step-VI A Provisional Registration Number and Password will be generated by the system and displayed on the screen
Step-VII Now login with the Registration Number and Password and start filling in the details required in SIDBI Grade A Application Form 2024.
Step VIII Upload the required documents as per the required dimensions. Photograph (4.5 cm* 3.5 cm), signature (with black ink), left thumb impression (on white paper with black or blue ink), a handwritten declaration (on white paper with black ink).
Step-IX Pay the required application fee online and submit the duly filled application form much before the last date.
SIDBI Grade A 2024 Eligibility Criteria
The applicant must fulfil the required SIDBI Grade A Eligibility criteria to be eligible to appear for SIDBI Grade-A 2024. Check education qualification and age limit required for SIDBI Grade A Recruitment 2024.
SIDBI Grade A Education Qualification
The candidates must hold any of the below-mentioned degrees to be eligible to apply for SIDBI Grade A Recruitment 2024-
- Bachelor’s degree in any subject from any recognized University / Institution with a minimum of 60% marks (SC / ST / PwBD applicants - 55%) in aggregate from Universities / Institutions recognized by GoI / UGC.
- CA / CS / CWA / CFA / CMA
- Bachelor’s degree in Law / Bachelors’ Degree in Engineering with a minimum of 60% marks (SC / ST / PwBD applicants - 55%) in aggregate from Universities / Institutions recognized by GoI / UGC / AICTE.
SIDBI Grade A Work Experience
2 years in Scheduled Commercial Banks / All India Financial Institutions in areas of MSME lending (except personal loans, educational loans, Vehicle Loan, Housing Loan, etc.)
OR
3 years in systemically important NBFCs in MSME lending / Non-Individual lending / Corporate Lending.
SIDBI Grade A Age Limit
The candidates of age less than 30 years are eligible to apply for SIDBI Grade A Recruitment 2024. Candidates born not earlier than 9th November 1993 are only eligible to apply online for SIDBI Grade A recruitment 2024. Age relaxation is provided for the reserved categories as per the government norms. See the table below:-

SIDBI Grade A Recruitment 2024 Selection Process
A candidate will be shortlisted for SIDBI Grade A Assistant Manager posts upon his/her performance in the selection stages of the SIDBI Grade A Exam 2024. There will be a Psychometric Test followed by Group Discussion and Interview. As per SIDBI Grade A Notification 2024, Group Discussion and Interview shall be held at Lucknow, Mumbai, New Delhi, Chennai and Kolkata.
SIDBI Grade A Recruitment 2024 Salary
The basic salary of SIDBI Grade A Assistant Manager is Rs. 44500 with a pay scale of 44500 - 2500(4) - 54500 - 2850(7) – 74450 -EB - 2850(4) – 85850 - 3300(1) - 89150 (17 years). The net SIDBI Grade A salary is approx. Rs. 90,000/- per month including dearness allowances, house rent allowances, and other benefits.

SIDBI Grade A 2024 Admit Card
The applicants whose applications are accepted will be issued with SIDBI Grade A Admit Card which is the mandatory document to be carried to the exam hall. SIDBI Admit Card will be uploaded on the official website of SIDBI @sidbi.in around 10 to 15 days prior to the interview dates. No hardcopy or personal information will be sent to the candidates in terms of the SIDBI Grade A Admit Card 2024.
SIDBI Grade A 2024 Result
Small Industries Development Bank of India will be releasing SIDBI Grade A Result after each stage of the selection process. The candidates who qualify for the online test will have to appear in the interview round. The final SIDBI Grade A Result will be released after the conduction of the interview round.
