Railway Recruitment Board (RRB) has invited online applications from interested and eligible candidates for the recruitment of Station Master posts for all 21 RRBs across India. The online application process will open on 27 October 2026, and candidates can fill out their online form till 25 November 2026. RRB Station Master online application process: once activated, candidates should register through the RRB application portal, enter their personal and educational details, upload the required documents, and pay the applicable fee.

3. Create an Account or Sign In - Open the RRB official website or portal for application submission and either create a new account (with details such as name, date of birth, mobile number, and email) or sign in to your existing account as mentioned during the registration process.
4. Save your login credentials after completing the verification process. In case the portal allows you to submit your application with an existing account, proceed to do so according to the instructions that may be mentioned in the notification.
5. Fill in the Application Form - Log in to the application portal and fill in your personal and contact details such as your full name, Date of birth, Names of your father and mother, Gender, Mobile number and email, Educational qualifications, and Other details as mentioned in the form.
6. Make sure that the details you enter match the documents and certificates you will be submitting with your application form.
7. Enter Educational Details - Enter your educational qualifications as instructed 
8. Upload Photograph, Signature and Other Documents - Upload the photograph, signature and other documents (if required) in the mentioned sizes and formats.
9. Pay the Application Fee - Proceed to pay the application fee as per the candidate's category.
10. Preview the Application Form - Go through each section of your application to ensure that there are no errors. Ensure that your name, date of birth, category, educational qualifications, personal contact details, and uploaded documents are correct.
11. Submit the Application Form - After ensuring that the portal has the correct information, click on the final submit option.
