Punjab Police Constable Selection Process

The selection involves four main stages; candidates must qualify at each stage to proceed to the next one.

Punjab Police 2026 Exam Pattern

1. Paper-II will be qualifying in nature.
2. There will be 100 multiple-choice questions.
3. 1 mark will be given for each correct answer.

Selected candidates will receive a monthly pay of Rs. 19,900/- (Level 2, 7th CPC Pay Matrix). This minimum pay is applicable for the first three years from the date of joining. Additional benefits include:
