NEET 2021 Exam: NEET 2021 Exam was conducted by National Testing Agency for the admission of eligible candidates to the undergraduate medical courses in medical institutions. The exam for National-Eligibility-cum-Entrance-Test [NEET(UG) 2021] was held on September 12, 2021. There is a slight modification in the NEET 2021 Exam Pattern which has been discussed in detail below.
NEET 2021 will be conducted in 13 languages, for the admission of eligible students to MBBS/BDS/BAMS/BSMS/BUMS/BHMS and other undergraduates (UG) medical courses in approved/recognized Medical/Dental/AYUSH and other Colleges/ Deemed Universities /Institutes across India. National Testing Agency (NTA) has recently released the NTA NEET Exam Date 2021. NEET 2021 was held as per the scheduled i.e. on 12 September 2021 (Sunday, 2 pm to 5 pm). The NTA NEET notification including the NEET 2021 schedule, details for online registration, revised exam pattern, the syllabus has been released on the official website www.ntaneet.nic.in on 13 July 2021. The candidates can download the NTA NEET Notification 2021 from the website or can directly download it from the direct link below.
Eligibility for appearing in NEET (UG) is as follows:-
The students must have completed the age of 17 years at the time of admission or will complete the minimum age requirement on or before 31 December of the year of their admission to the first year UG Medical Courses).
The upper age limit for NEET (UG) is 25 years as on 12.09.2021. The upper age relaxation for the candidates belonging to SC/ST/OBC-NCL category and PwD Candidates is 05 years.
Qualified candidates must fulfil the following criteria:
The candidate must have passed in Physics, Chemistry, Zoology and English individually and must have obtained a minimum of 50% marks taken together in Physics, Chemistry and Biology/Bio-technology at the qualifying examination
In addition, they must have got a rank in the merit list of NEET (UG) - 2021 for admission to Undergraduate Medical Courses.
In respect of the candidates belonging to Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes or Other Backward Classes (NCL) s, the minimum marks obtained in Physics, Chemistry and Biology/Biotechnology taken together in qualifying examination shall be 40% marks instead of 50% marks for Unreserved and General-EWS Candidates.
In respect of PwD candidates as per NMC, CCIM and BoGCCH guidelines the minimum marks in the qualifying examination in Physics, Chemistry and Biology (or Botany & Zoology)/Biotechnology taken together shall be 45% instead of 50%.
Provided further that the students who have received education abroad and wish to seek admission into medical colleges in India must have passed in Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Biotechnology and English with 50% marks in class 12 and their equivalency determined by Association of Indian Universities (AIU) as per regulations of the Medical Council of India and the concerned University.
The criteria for minimum qualifying marks to be eligible for admission to MBBS courses shall also be applicable to concerned INIs.

The online NEET (UG) 2021 registration process was conducted officially on neet.nta.ac.in from July 13, 2021 to August 06, 2021. The students who have been looking for admission to MBBS/BDS/BAMS/BSMS/BUMS/BHMS and other undergraduate (UG) medical courses have to qualify National Eligibility cum Entrance Test.
Candidates willing to appear in NEET 2021 should have to pay the required examination fees while filling the Online NEET 2021 Registration Form through any of the modes of payment- Debit card, credit card, net banking, UPI Mode of Payment. (GST (18%) plus Service/processing charges per transaction are to be paid separately than application fees

NoteIf Confirmation Page is generated, then only the NEET 2021 Application Form is submitted successfully.
The candidates have to fill the application form only once, else the NEET admit card will not be provided to the candidate and his/her candidature will be forfeited for the upcoming examinations.
Follow the steps given below to Apply Online:
Step-1: Enter your or your parent's unique Email Id and Mobile No.to begin with the online registrtaion process
Step-2: Fill in the Online Application Form and pen down the system-generated Application No.
Step-3: Upload the duly scanned images of Candidate’s latest Passport size Photograph (size: 10 kb to 200 kb), Post Card size photograph (4”X6”) (Size: 50 kb - 300 kb) and Candidate’s Signature (file size: 4kb - 30kb), Left hand thumb impression (file size: 10 kb-50 kb) in JPG/JPEG format. (In case of any eventuality of left thumb being unavailable, right-hand thumb impression may be used.), Class X Passing Certificate (file size: 100 kb to 400 kb) in JPG/JPEG format.
For photographs, the focus needs to be on the face (80% face coverage, ears clearly visible, on white background).
Step-4: Pay the required application fee through online mode and keep the transaction slip for future reference. The candidate has to make another transaction of fee, in case the Confirmation Page is not generated.
Step-4After filling the form, download and save the form and take a printout of the Confirmation Page after successful submission of the application form.
All the documents mandatory for filling the Online Application Form must be scanned images necessarily in JPG/JPEG format, for uploading as part of the submission of his/her online application. Candidates must have the following documents scanned in the prescribed size and format in advance, to avoid any errors and omissions:

In case the candidate makes an error, the correction window will be opened for making changes in Particulars of Application Form on the official website only and for a limited period of time.
No request for refund of fee once remitted by the candidate will be entertained by NTA under any circumstances.
The entire application process of NEET (UG)-2021 is online, including uploading of scanned images, Payment of Fees, and Printing of Confirmation Page. Therefore, candidates are not required to send/submit any document(s) including Confirmation Page to NTA through Post/ Fax/ by Hand/E-mail.
Once the examination forms are duly filled and submitted the students can download their Admit Cards on the NTA website on the scheduled date. As mentioned above the NEET 2021 Admit Cards might be available from the 2nd week of July.The admit card of NEET 2021 will be available in online mode only.
Candidates are advised to regularly visit the NTA website and also check their e-mails/SMS for the latest Updates regarding the release of.
Candidate shall appear at their own cost at the Examination Centre on the Date and Timing indicated on their Admit Card issued by the NTA.
Any request to change the Examination Centre, Date and Time provided on the Admit Card shall not be considered under any circumstances.
Candidates are advised to take 6-8 Passport size and 4-6 Post Card size (4”X6”) colored photographs with white background.
The photographs are to be used for uploading on the Online Application Form, for examination and also for Counselling/Admission.
Candidates will have to follow the steps given below to download the Admit Card:
1. Go to the official website of NTA NEET or click on the below link when the admit card releases on the official website
2. Enter the application number, date of birth and the security pin.
3. Click on “Submit”.
4. Admit card of NEET will appear on the screen.
5. Check the details mentioned on the admit card.
6. Download the NEET 2021 admit card.
