NABARD Office Attendant Selection Process 2024
The National Bank for Agriculture and Rural Development adopts a two-stage selection process for NABARD Office Attendant Recruitment 2024 that includes an online examination followed by a language proficiency test. The candidates who successfully pass the entire recruitment process are hired for the released posts.
- Online Test :- The first step in the selection process for Office Attendant posts begins with a preliminary examination for 120 marks including objective-type questions. This exam is qualifying in nature and serves only as a screening test for the other phase.
- Language Proficiency Test (LPT):- This is a qualifying examination and will only be conducted for those candidates who fail to provide a 10th or 12th standard certificate indicating official language as one of the subjects.

NABARD Office Attendant Selection Criteria 2024
Here, below we have discussed the selection criteria of candidates that the National Bank for Agriculture and Rural Development will consider for selecting candidates for Office Attendant posts.
- State-Wise Merit List:- A state-wise final merit list will be prepared based on the marks obtained by candidates in the NABARD Office Attendant Exam 2024. This merit list will be used for the final selection of candidates.
- Resolution of Tie Cases:- In case any more than 2 or more candidates score equal marks, then a tie-up resolution will be applied by following either of the three methods:- the highest qualification will be given preference, in case there is a tie in the qualifications, then the candidate scoring more marks in class 10th/12th is given preference, last but not the candidate with higher age is preferred.
- Wait List:- also, a waitlist of candidates will be prepared for 50% of the vacancies. This waitlist will be state-category-wise, candidates whose name appears on the wait list will be contacted only if the selected candidate due to some reason fails to join.
