Karnataka Police Selection Process 2026

Candidates who want to become a police constable in Karnataka, then they must go through multiple stages of the selection process, such as a written exam, PET, PST and document verification.

Written Exam: Written exam consists of 100 questions for 100 marks. In the written test, there is a 0.25 extra mark deducted for each wrong answer.

PET/PST: Candidates who qualified for the written exam will be called for the PET/PST. Through this test recruiting authority will test the physical fitness of the candidates. The running parameter for male candidates is 1600 meters, and for female candidates, 400 meters. Apart from running, there are long jump, high jump and shot put.

Karnataka Police Exam Pattern 2026

The exam pattern helps the candidates help the candidates to understand the structure of the written examination conducted by KSP.
