JEE Main Syllabus 2023: NTA releases the Jee Main Syllabus along with official notification at its official website @jeemain.nta.nic.in. The JEE main syllabus 2023 has been provided for both Paper 1(B.E/B.TECH) and Paper 2 (B.ARCH/B.PLAN). JEE Main 2023 Session 2 will be held on 6th, 7th, 8th, 9th, 10th, 11th and 12th April 2023. JEE Main Exam Pattern 2023
While preparing for the JEE entrance examination, the candidates must check the official JEE Main exam pattern for session 2 along with the syllabus of JEE Main 2023. NTA JEE Main Paper 1 Pattern 2023
The JEE Main 2023 exam will be a computer-based test conducted online. This exam will contain questions from three sections namely physics, chemistry and maths. Paper 1 will be attempted by candidates willing to pursue B.E./B.Tech courses.

JEE Main Marking Scheme
Candidates can check the marking scheme of JEE Main 2023 exam for both Paper 1 (B.E./B.Tech) and Paper 2 (B.Arch/B, Plan) from the below section-
JEE Main Marking Scheme for Paper-1
- For MCQs - 4 Marks are to be awarded for every correct answer and 1 Mark to be deducted for every incorrect answer
- For an answer with a numeric value - 4 Marks to be awarded for every correct answer and 1 Mark to be deducted for every incorrect answer
JEE Main Marking Scheme for Paper-2
- For MCQs- Candidates to be awarded 4 marks for each correct answer and there will be a negative marking of 1 mark on each incorrect answer.
- For Questions with numerical value answers - Candidates to be awarded 4 marks for each correct answer and there will be a negative marking of 1 mark for each wrong answer.
- For Drawing Test - Two questions are evaluated out of 100 marks

- Visualising three–dimensional objects from two-dimensional drawings
