Industrial Development Bank of India (IDBI) has released the results on 8th May 2026 for the candidates who appeared in the online exam for 200 Assistant Manager posts and for  Junior Assistant Manager, the result will be released in the next week. The exam was conducted to recruit eligible candidates for 1100 vacancies for Junior Assistant Manager- Grade ‘O’ (JAM- Grade ‘O’) and 200 Assistant Manager- Grade ‘A' posts. What's Next After IDBI JAM & AM Grade ‘O’ Result 2026?

The qualified candidates in the Online exam are eligible to appear for the next stage of the selection process i.e. personal interviews. The interview exam wil be held for 100 marks, and candidates must score the minimum qualifying marks in the interview, which shall not be less than 50% (45% for SC/ST/OBC/PWD candidates).  While appearing for the interview, candidates should produce valid prescribed documents. The final merit of candidates will be based on the marks obtained by candidates in the online exam and interview.
