ICAR IARI Tie- Breaking Rule

Wherever two or more candidates have secured equal aggregate marks, the merit of the candidates shall be determined by applying the following Tie-Breaker Rules in the following order of precedence: -

i. Candidate obtaining higher marks in matriculation or equivalent.

ii. Candidate senior in age will be ranked higher.

iii. In the case where the ages mentioned in (ii) are the same, the merit list would be prepared in alphabetical order of the first name of the candidates
