The DDA Junior Secretariat Assistant Exam will be conducted in 2 stages, i.e., prelims exam and a mains exam. Below, we have provided the exam pattern for both exams.
DDA Junior Secretariat Assistant Exam Pattern 2025- Prelims
DDA Junior Secretariat Assistant Prelims Exam is an online objective-type test consisting of four subjects, i.e., General Intelligence & Reasoning, General Awareness, Quantitative Aptitude, and English Comprehension. Each section carries equal weightage with 25 questions for 50 marks, making a total of 100 questions for 200 marks. There will be a negative marking of 0.66 mark for each incorrect answer.

DDA Junior Secretariat Assistant Mains Exam 2025 will be conducted for candidates who qualify for the prelims exam. It is divided into multiple modules covering Mathematical Abilities, General Intelligence & Reasoning, English Language and Comprehension, and General Awareness. This stage carries a higher weightage of marks and requires in-depth preparation. Apart from these scoring sections, the Mains Exam also includes a Computer Knowledge Test and a Typing Test. Both of these are qualifying in nature. There will be a negative marking of 0.66 mark for each incorrect answer.
