CSPHCL Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification 

Junior Engineer: The candidates must be a graduate from a recognised university or institute from the relevant trade for the post applying through CSPHCL JE Recruitment 2021.

Data Entry Operator: A 10th pass or 12th pass candidates are eligible for CSPHCL DEO Recruitment 2021.

Age Limit 

The minimum age of the candidate should be 18 years to apply for CSPHCL Recruitment 2021 and the upper age limit will be notified soon when the notification is released. 

CSPHCL Recruitment 2021 Selection Process

The selection of the eligible candidates will be done on the basis of their performance in the Computer Based Test comprised of Objective Type Questions. The minimum qualifying marks to be scored in CBT for the General & OBC category is 40% and SC/ST is 30%. For DEO posts, a typing test will be conducted for the candidates who got shortlisted in the computer test.

1. The test will be conducted in online mode.
2. The duration of CBT is 2 hours.
3. Question Paper will be in English & Hindi language.
4. There will be 100 Multiple Choice Questions for 1 mark each.
5. A negative marking of 0.25 mark for each incorrect answer.

CSPHCL DEO Exam Pattern

1. The test will be conducted in online mode.
2. The duration of CBT is 2 hours.
3. Question Paper will be in English & Hindi language.
4. There will be 100 Multiple Choice Questions for 1 mark each.
5. A negative marking of 0.25 mark for each incorrect answer.

CSPHCL JE & DEO Salary

CSPHCL has released 707 vacancies for the post of JE & DEO in its recruitment notification. Candidates shortlisted for the Data Entry Operator posts will be awarded a stipend of Rs. 19,800 – 60,800 (Pay Matrix S-4) and for Junior Engineer posts, the stipend is Rs. 35,400-1,12,400 (Pay Matrix S-8) which varies every year as tabulated below.
